They were able to get someone out to my home the next day in order to take a look at what needed to be cleaned, then the next day I had my quote. We went back and forth trying to find a schedule that would work and everytime they would say, "ok, let me check and get back to you," and then I'd never hear from them again unless I texted back several days later. I finally stopped reaching out and haven't heard anything since. If they didn't have availability for me I understand but they should at least have the courtesy to let me know that. Best cleaning service I've had in a very long time!! Antonio and his team are extremely efficient, very very quick to respond and did an excellent job deep cleaning my two story town house. My husband and I schedule a deep cleaning once a year and Oasin is top tier, they've done a better job than any other cleaning service I've worked with and their communication was incredible. I saw all the great reviews, so I reached out to Oasin and they were a bit slow in responding but I scheduled them for a post construction cleaning. They did a good job and I planned to use them for our monthly cleaning but I tried calling them multiple times, texted the owner and never heard back. Then I reached out him on yelp and over a course of 3 weeks the owner Antonio was never able to confirm a day, time or cost for them to come back to clean our home. I found other cleaners who were much more responsive and competitive in price. I suppose Oasin has many existing costumers and are not focused on new ones. We hired Antonio to clean our carpets, and I think the experience was about as good as it could be. Antonio had great communication, and was very responsive. I ended up being available before my appointment, and he was able to come early, which was really nice. Then, he quoted 2-3 hours for the cleaning, and was done early! My first time going with Oasin Cleaning Services. I've used Maid Pro in the past and I am so happy I switched over and found them! I got the "deep clean" ..: I am 8 months prego, and cleaning the house is becoming more difficult. They did more than what I would consider a "deep clean" I saw them cleaning every nook and cranny and left my house feeling spotless. I'd say they are about the same price as MaidPro but do an even more thorough job! The cleaning crew is very friendly and professional. I will be using them also for just a "regular" clean every three weeks, and compared to most it's very affordable and you get what you pay for. It's also a plus that you are able to text the owner to set up appointments ect. Who wants to be stuck on a 1-800 number ... Makes it very easy to schedule an appointment and communicate! read more

I attempted to contact Oasin Cleaning Services for a regular, twice per month house cleaning service. I submitted an online inquiry through the company's website and was expecting a phone call back. Instead of calling me back, the company responded to my inquiry by email to schedule an appointment to come out to my home for a bid. It seemed strange to me that no one would call for this and I was hesitant about inviting someone into my home without having spoken to them first. My phone number was on the inquiry and I included my phone number in my email responses. But perhaps they communicate better through email? Who knows. On the morning of the appointment, no one showed up and I never received a phone call. Later that day, I was checking my email and someone from the company had emailed me to inform me that their car had broken down and wanted to reschedule for the next day. So to give them credit, at least someone informed me that they weren't going to make it to the appointment, however they should have called. This was not professional. For most of the day I was under the impression that they were a "no show". They should not assume that sending an email will be suffice to inform someone last minute that they will not make an appointment. So in the email, they made an effort to reschedule for a day that did not work for me. I responded to the email to inform them that I was unhappy that I did not receive a phone call about the appointment cancellation and asked to reschedule for a day that worked better for me. I never got a response. Not a good way to gain new business (or referrals for that matter). I will be giving my business to someone else. read more

Another cleaning service which does below par services. Two women were sent to clean - am not sure if they are the regulars or someone new due to holidays. One of them seemed quiet and doing a good job (Kitchen looked clean ). The other one who was cleaning upstairs gave the worst attitude, hours of arguing to clean tabletops, broke the thick glass slab in one of the bathrooms, kept talking too much and wasting everyone's time, the rooms were left exactly the same way as before, carpets were not clean, corners were untouched, etc. I would expect the cleaners to have some basic cleanliness. For example, the kids room will have toys everywhere. I am not paying a cleaning service $120 to leave all toys on the bed and on floor saying they cannot touch anything on the ground, bed or on the table top and hence leave everything as is !! I would give ZERO stars if I could - for the attitude and quality of service. read more

Wow. Oasin did an amazing job. I opted for the deep cleaning service as I am one week away from having a baby. My husband bought the house in 2013 and never cleaned it! Antonio came over to do an assessment a week before so that his team could bring all the necessary equipment. I was looking for a service that could vacuum all the dust off of those useless ledges in the living room area that you can never get to. They also dusted my extremely high ceilings and cleaned the windows. I have shutters on every window and some of these windows have never been opened. They cleaned the actual window tracks and everything. I first found Oasin on Yelp, seeing the great reviews and decided to give them a try. We recently remodeled our place and needed heavy duty cleaning after the construction crews had finished. Antonio had 2 separate crews: 2 guys for outside cleaning (yard, rid of old vegetation and plants, washing outside of windows) and 2 ladies for inside cleaning. The outside crew also power-washed the garage. They did tremendous cleaning job! Very satisfied. Although they charge extra for cleaning shutters/blinds, which we declined. Seeing the great work, I decided to have Antonio do our landscaping: demolish existing concrete, put in new pavers. We didn't realize existing concrete had rebar! So the demolishing job took couple of more days than planned, Antonio did not complain at all, even sent in extra crew to finish it. Antonio showed excellent project management skills, scheduling various crew shifts between his projects. Our pavers were done by 2 guys who are skilled in putting in layers of gravel, smooth it and then putting new pavers on top. A separate crew came and planted our new fruit trees. One last thing that really impressed me. Our existing automatic sprinkler system malfunctioned, Antonio spent several days searching for spare parts and dutifully spent 4 hours by himself installing a new control valve system and showed me how to use the timer. He was gracious not asking for extra money, but I gave him $60 anyway. I highly recommend Antonio for housing cleaning, yard work, landscaping. read more

What a great and professional cleaning service. My call to Antonio was immediately picked up and I was able to get a quote for a deep cleaning very quickly. When the staff came to clean our house, they were friendly and thorough. However, because they ran late and felt rushed when we came home from work, they didn't vacuum our couches. I texted Antonio about it and he sent someone back the next day to to finish the work and was very apologetic. I will continue to use my old cleaning service for my regular weekly cleaning just because I've been using them forever and feel bad firing them.
