We have been with Antonio and Bertha for close to a decade now. They are honest hard working people who have very high standards. Communication is always to the highest standard in regards to reminders that they'll be coming or any schedule changes. Furthermore, they have a very talented crew that does pretty much everything including house cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and full landscaping. We've used them for all of these services. They are fair with their prices and I never felt taken advantage of. To add, my wife has a small dessert shop and they clean her shop on a weekly basis as well. Top notch, great value, and trustworthy. I highly recommend!! read more

The cleaners promptly show up on time, did an amazing job cleaning the house, it was spotless when they're done, highly recommended!

I've worked with Oasin Cleaning a few times. Can't recommend them enough. Then schedule you very quickly, show up ontime and do such an amazing job that you will only be impressed. This time in addition to the carpets they cleaned my sofa and it's as good as new. read more

Antonio and team came out to do a move-out carpet clean for me. Responded very quickly, and were able to come do it the same day. Gave me an estimate before starting which was very fair. They went above and beyond, and I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended. Quick, efficient, solid work (on a carpet that really needs to be replaced, but - landlords, amirite? ) read more

We have been using Oasin Cleaning Services for over five years. What we love about them is the continuity of service, great results, and prompt communication. We have had the same two ladies cleaning our home for over two years, with one of them with us for over four years. We absolutely trust anyone that comes to clean our home and we have never had any reason not to. Antonio and Bertha run a wonderful company and staff it with hard working staff that care about their work. In addition to weekly cleaning services, we have also had Oasin do move-in and move-out cleanings throughout the years as needed. Any request we make is met with great communication and every effort to fulfill it. We highly recommend Oasin Cleaning Services, they will leave your home spotless week after week with their wonderful, caring staff. Thank you, Antonio and Bertha! read more

They were very quick to respond when I requested a quote. They were able to get someone out to my home the next day in order to take a look at what needed to be cleaned, then the next day I had my quote. They were also very flexible with the appointment time for the cleaning. I had originally reached out with less than a week's notice, and it wasn't a problem at all to find a time for them to come. The cleaning itself was very thorough, and I definitely felt as though it was a good value. I would use them again! read more

I tried for two weeks to get scheduled with this company and they just kept ghosting me. We went back and forth trying to find a schedule that would work and everytime they would say, "ok, let me check and get back to you," and then I'd never hear from them again unless I texted back several days later. I finally stopped reaching out and haven't heard anything since. If they didn't have availability for me I understand but they should at least have the courtesy to let me know that. Very disappointed. read more

Antonio did a great job with my daughter room. I also got seen the next day after calling him! My daughter is 7 yrs old so she made a bit of mess on her room carpet. Oasin cleaners came and made her room look and smell great! I definitely will be calling Antonio again and his company to be my cleaners for my home. Also he has reasonable prices and gives you honest quotes for the job and work he's going to do. Thank you guys again highly appreciated!! read more

I saw all the great reviews, so I reached out to Oasin and they were a bit slow in responding but I scheduled them for a post construction cleaning. They did a good job and I planned to use them for our monthly cleaning but I tried calling them multiple times, texted the owner and never heard back. Then I reached out him on yelp and over a course of 3 weeks the owner Antonio was never able to confirm a day, time or cost for them to come back to clean our home. I found other cleaners who were much more responsive and competitive in price. I suppose Oasin has many existing costumers and are not focused on new ones. But my interaction with them was very unsatisfactory. read more

Best cleaning service I've had in a very long time!! Antonio and his team are extremely efficient, very very quick to respond and did an excellent job deep cleaning my two story town house. My husband and I schedule a deep cleaning once a year and Oasin is top tier, they've done a better job than any other cleaning service I've worked with and their communication was incredible. We unfortunately had a couple mice that we got rid of, and their team cleaned everyyything up. I can feel the energetic shift within my home, it's so much cleaner and I now have peace of mine. I definitely recommend Oasin for any cleaning services, whether weekly, monthly, or yearly. read more

We hired Antonio to clean our carpets, and I think the experience was about as good as it could be. Antonio had great communication, and was very responsive. I ended up being available before my appointment, and he was able to come early, which was really nice. Then, he quoted 2-3 hours for the cleaning, and was done early! At the end of the cleaning, he even went the extra mile and offered a referral for someone who does carpet repair, and even answered a question I had a few days later. Oh ya, and the carpets were perfect - super clean! Oasin did everything right for me, and I strongly recommend them for carpet cleaning! read more

I attempted to contact Oasin Cleaning Services for a regular, twice per month house cleaning service. I submitted an online inquiry through the company's website and was expecting a phone call back. Instead of calling me back, the company responded to my inquiry by email to schedule an appointment to come out to my home for a bid. It seemed strange to me that no one would call for this and I was hesitant about inviting someone into my home without having spoken to them first. My phone number was on the inquiry and I included my phone number in my email responses. But perhaps they communicate better through email? Who knows. On the morning of the appointment, no one showed up and I never received a phone call. Later that day, I was checking my email and someone from the company had emailed me to inform me that their car had broken down and wanted to reschedule for the next day. So to give them credit, at least someone informed me that they weren't going to make it to the appointment, however they should have called. This was not professional. For most of the day I was under the impression that they were a "no show". They should not assume that sending an email will be suffice to inform someone last minute that they will not make an appointment. So in the email, they made an effort to reschedule for a day that did not work for me. I responded to the email to inform them that I was unhappy that I did not receive a phone call about the appointment cancellation and asked to reschedule for a day that worked better for me. I never got a response. Not a good way to gain new business (or referrals for that matter). I will be giving my business to someone else. read more

Another cleaning service which does below par services. Two women were sent to clean - am not sure if they are the regulars or someone new due to holidays. One of them seemed quiet and doing a good job (Kitchen looked clean ). The other one who was cleaning upstairs gave the worst attitude, hours of arguing to clean tabletops, broke the thick glass slab in one of the bathrooms, kept talking too much and wasting everyone's time, the rooms were left exactly the same way as before, carpets were not clean, corners were untouched, etc. I would expect the cleaners to have some basic cleanliness. For example, the kids room will have toys everywhere. I am not paying a cleaning service $120 to leave all toys on the bed and on floor saying they cannot touch anything on the ground, bed or on the table top and hence leave everything as is !! I would give ZERO stars if I could - for the attitude and quality of service. read more

I have used Oasin Cleaning Services since Jan "2012" ....Marisol & Fabiola are always punctual and they know how I like things done and they always do a "FANTASTIC " job. Antonio is very customer focused and he is willing to work with me to make sure that I get the scheduled times that work for me. Its nice not having to micro manage the cleaning. These two ladies always remember what & how I like things done. They are very detailed oriented...... I recently retired and have been so busy that I neglected to schedule my regular cleaning times.......so my house was extra dirty today but Marisol & Fabiola left things clean and sparkling!!!! Thank you Antonio for always responding in a timely manner to my emails!!! ÜÜ Thanks Marisol and Fabiola for your attention to detail and for REALLY giving my home EXTRA detailed cleaning today. We have two great young ladies that come into our home every week. They treat our home, our multitude of guests, and our large dog very well. They are punctual, respectful, and we trust them 100%. We have had Oasin in our home since the deep clean they did before we moved in. They stick to their appointments and are flexible when working around our schedule. Antonio is VERY professional and a pleasure to work with. The extensiveness of their cleaning is superb. The attention to detail immaculate. Sorry for the fluffy wording in this review but they are just THAT good! read more

They cleaned my sister's home, carpets, and windows beautifully when she moved out of her home. The job required very detailed and complete cleaning. They were courteous, prompt, and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them for a move out cleaning without hesitation. My first time going with Oasin Cleaning Services. I've used Maid Pro in the past and I am so happy I switched over and found them! I got the "deep clean" ..: I am 8 months prego, and cleaning the house is becoming more difficult. They did more than what I would consider a "deep clean" I saw them cleaning every nook and cranny and left my house feeling spotless. I'd say they are about the same price as MaidPro but do an even more thorough job! The cleaning crew is very friendly and professional. I will be using them also for just a "regular" clean every three weeks, and compared to most it's very affordable and you get what you pay for. It's also a plus that you are able to text the owner to set up appointments ect. Who wants to be stuck on a 1-800 number ... Makes it very easy to schedule an appointment and communicate! read more

Oasin provides a great service! They are flexible in finding a time that works for you, they use green products that don't leave your place smelling like chemicals and pay great attention to detail. I started using them because they came highly recommended by friends of mine and now I'm letting others know! read more

As always, Antonio saves the day. I am a repeat customer, this time using him for a move in after a tenant vacated and did not clean before leaving. The place looks amazing and I am ready to call it home. Thank you Antonio and team. read more

I've used Oasin Cleaning Services for about 3 years now off and on and they are impeccable. The ladies that clean are very nice and always on time, if not usually early. Antonio seems to care very much about the service he provides and the few times that I have had to call last minute to schedule them, he has always come through right away with a day and time. I love coming home to my clean home after they have been there and my house SMELLS clean, not like chemicals. Very good service and I would highly recommend Oasin. read more

I have used Oasin Cleaning Services for past 2 years. They are punctual and it is very easy to schedule services from them. Just email them and they respond within a day. They provide clean/green services and I am very comfortable with the products that they use with my 3 year old boy. Antonio also provides Gardening Services. He helped me create my Zen Garden. We removed all the broken sprinklers and implemented a state of the art solar enabled drip system. He was ON TIME and ON BUDGET and took me to one of the most beautiful nurseries in the east bay to pick plants for my Zen Garden. I would always recommend their services. read more

I have found a cleaning service that is reliable, trustworthy and actually cares about my business. Being from the bay area, I have noticed that some cleaning companies pay more attention to their clients with bigger homes and disregard others....not this company at all! They truly truly care about each of their clients. Whether you have a large home, small home, apartment or condo... they will return your calls the same. This company did such a great job on our house. They got in every corner and even cleaned out our refrigerator...which really needed it! They were professional and a good family run business. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to hire a new cleaning company! We will definitely be using this wonderful company again!! :-) read more

I had drop my other cleaning services quickly and I was hesitant to open my home to another set of strangers. I reached out to Antonio and Bertha. They came to my home and introduce themselves and explained their services. After sharing their experiences, I was willing to give them a chance. They have a very nice crew of hardworking people. They are punctual and in and out. Antonio also had a landscaping business. He has done one whole side of my fence. I am working to get another very long section of fence replaced. They do a great job on my yard maintenance as well. Give them a try. You will not be sorry. read more

Cleaned my family room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Did remarkably well at a fair price and speedy too! Thanks for the great service!

Super fast replies and professional!! I originally first called Oasin a few months back inquiring about cleaning services in Pleasanton. Antonio was very helpful right away and said he would quote me whenever I was ready. Fast forward months later to now, Antonio is still so responsive and came for a quote within the same day of me calling. He takes his cleaning company very seriously and is passionate about what he does. He quoted me a fair price and I will definitely be using his services in the near future. I respect business owners who treat their customers with respect and reply back promptly since time is money. I am already happy with this company and this is just the beginning! Thank you Antonio! read more

I chose Oasin based on good reviews on Yelp, and I was not disappointed :-) Antonio responded to my message right away, and the whole process of estimate and scheduling went very smoothly. Yesterday the cleaning crew came to our house on time, and they did a great job for deep cleaning our house! Afterwards our house is spotless! Definitely recommend this business. read more

Oasin cleaning services and Antonio excel in communication and scheduling. I have been utilizing their services for six months now. The estimate process was quick and easy and my favorite part is being able to schedule via text (or phone). Text is much easier for me with a busy schedule. I always receive prompt responses, the same housekeepers come each time and do a thorough cleaning. My appointment requests have been honored so far and Antonio is very responsive and professional. These qualities have been surprisingly hard to find within past companies. Five stars from me! read more

This was my first experience of getting house cleaned with professional teams. Antonio was recommended to us by our property manager. I contacted Antonio for a quote and was able to schedule for a move-out deep clean + carpet cleaning package and we were not disappointed. Great service. I am very happy with Oasin cleaning. Antonio, the owner, is easy to communicate with, responsive, and has pride in providing good service and running a great business. I first found Oasin on Yelp, seeing the great reviews and decided to give them a try. We recently remodeled our place and needed heavy duty cleaning after the construction crews had finished. Antonio had 2 separate crews: 2 guys for outside cleaning (yard, rid of old vegetation and plants, washing outside of windows) and 2 ladies for inside cleaning. The outside crew also power-washed the garage. They did tremendous cleaning job! Very satisfied. Although they charge extra for cleaning shutters/blinds, which we declined. Seeing the great work, I decided to have Antonio do our landscaping: demolish existing concrete, put in new pavers. We didn't realize existing concrete had rebar! So the demolishing job took couple of more days than planned, Antonio did not complain at all, even sent in extra crew to finish it. Antonio showed excellent project management skills, scheduling various crew shifts between his projects. Our pavers were done by 2 guys who are skilled in putting in layers of gravel, smooth it and then putting new pavers on top. A separate crew came and planted our new fruit trees. One last thing that really impressed me. Our existing automatic sprinkler system malfunctioned, Antonio spent several days searching for spare parts and dutifully spent 4 hours by himself installing a new control valve system and showed me how to use the timer. He was gracious not asking for extra money, but I gave him $60 anyway. I highly recommend Antonio for housing cleaning, yard work, landscaping. read more

What a great and professional cleaning service. My call to Antonio was immediately picked up and I was able to get a quote for a deep cleaning very quickly. When the staff came to clean our house, they were friendly and thorough. However, because they ran late and felt rushed when we came home from work, they didn't vacuum our couches. I texted Antonio about it and he sent someone back the next day to to finish the work and was very apologetic. I will continue to use my old cleaning service for my regular weekly cleaning just because I've been using them forever and feel bad firing them. I will however use Oasin again for occasional deep cleaning. They are definitely more superior than my regular cleaning people and I highly recommend Oasin! read more
