A few days later, Veronica called me to apologize for the inconvenience and said a 20% refund was on its way. She seemed very pleasant and sincere, and the refund was received. For following up, I have upgraded the rating to 3-stars. There is room for improvement, however, I believe she will address those areas as noted in her yelp response. The team that comes to my home every 2 weeks is fantastic! They are always thorough with cleaning, and leave my home looking like it's staged for a walk through. I sometimes feel bad that my home is extra messy when they arrive and I usually like to declutter and get things out of their way to make their job easier, but I rarely get to that. Somehow they figure out where to put things so I know where to find them, and my home is always sparkling when they leave. My stress level goes down so much! The team is also super kind, sweet, and listens when I have requests or need to clarify something. They are also really playful with my daughter and bring a lot of warmth and positive energy when they are in my home. The coordinator I text with is very good about forwarding my requests to the team and if a cleaning time doesn't work for me she will see what she can do to adjust. Reliable and consistent service. We've used them for move-out/ move-in as well as monthly cleanings. The owner is flexible and easy to communicate with. The cleaning team members always kind, efficient and do great work. Sometimes they do little above-and-beyond things like cleaning our dog dish area or making fun arrangements with our daughter's stuffies. Overall, highly recommend. read more

Coming home to a clean home is one of the best feelings! Today was our first appointment with eMaids for our initial deep clean. I can say I'm truly impressed! They came with a crew of about 5 women, who were all working hard to get the job done. It's an hourly rate for the first cleaning and they did not take advantage of that fact. They were in and out in an appropriate amount of time and my house looks and smells amazing! I have signed up for continual cleaning and I'm sure they won't disappoint! I called eMaids for a deep cleaning of a house I'm about to list for sale. On the plus side, they fit me in on the day I needed, showed up on time, and finished quickly (large crew), and for the most part did a good job. However, for the price I paid ($375 for a small 3 bed, 2 bath house), I'd expect a very thorough cleaning, and there were quite a few places they missed: dirty light switches, drips on tops of cabinet doors, refrigerator shelves. Nothing I can't take care of pretty easily, but I don't think I should have to finish the cleaning job myself, not at that price. Also, the house was mostly empty, but I'd left a few food items in the fridge. I found these, and the two bottles of wine that were in the wine rack, in a bag on the floor together with wet, used sponges. Not ideal. read more

Veronica and team just did a deep clean on my house and I was blown away how good of a job they did. They got stains off my countertop that I have been trying to get out for years. All of the faucets from the kitchen to the bathroom are sparkling clean with all the "crud" gone. I had them clean the inside of the oven and refrigerator and let me tell you - Amazing! They were thorough throughout the whole house and even cleaned areas I didn't point out during the walk through...like all of the dust and lint along side the washer and dryer is gone. I scheduled with Veronica for the initial clean up and am totally satisfied with the service performed. Every nook and corner was addressed. With lots of toys and us being around they still did a great job. A crew of six cleaned up our three bed two bath home in less than two hours.
