When I first called him, I told him I needed the job done urgently. He said he was busy with a graduation party but quoted me $60 per room. I agreed, thinking it was straightforward. When he arrived, I asked him to clean just the living room and master bedroom--both completely empty, no furniture to move. Once he got there, he suddenly claimed the living room would count as two rooms and pointed me to his website. This is a small home in Mountain House, nothing out of the ordinary, but somehow it ended up costing $200, with only a $10 discount. Later, I messaged him to finish the job with two more rooms. He lives in the same town, but he told me it would be a minimum of $150 just to come out again. At that point, it was clear this wasn't about fair pricing--it was about squeezing as much money as possible out of the situation. AJ may do decent work, but the greed is hard to ignore. The way he shifts pricing and inflates charges shows that making an extra buck is more important to him than being honest or fair. I would never use him again and strongly caution others to look elsewhere if you value transparency and integrity.

She arrived as promised (thankful). Then it went bad. This was a move out clean for the sale of the house! We wanted a complete clean and made that known. My wife spent two days cleaning everything they missed. When she brought it up to Margarita, it was excuses. To late for her to come back and fix things, as we already had stagers coming in. That was our fault. My wife posted a review, and all Margarita could do was to suggest that when it came time to pay, we complained. Not true. We paid the bill, and would have paid twice the price if it was cleaned as requested. Having people come in and swish a mop around, missing baseboards, window sills, toilets, and a shower or two is not move out cleaning. Very dis-satisfied. My complaints to you were before having seen your invoice. You're cleaning crew did not accomplish that task they were hired to do. Must I restate that the base boards were not touched, nor was the downstairs shower. The switch plates not cleaned. And the toilets not cleaned either. And let's not again discuss the method your cleaning crew used to clean my floors. It is never okay to mop a floor without first sweeping or vacuuming it. Pushing mud over a hard surface is now way to clean the floors. Based on many of the reviews you have, this is not an uncommon practice. And based on my experience with you when we spoke on the phone and your ill attempt at diverting the issues tells me you are not in touch with your customers. I wonder if you felt there was no loss of repeat business since this was a move out clean. People out there looking for a good house cleaner....keep looking. This is NOT the place to call.
