We had AJ come out to clean our carpets, and while the work itself was okay, the pricing and…read moreattitude were a different story. When I first called him, I told him I needed the job done urgently. He said he was busy with a graduation party but quoted me $60 per room. I agreed, thinking it was straightforward. When he arrived, I asked him to clean just the living room and master bedroom--both completely empty, no furniture to move. Once he got there, he suddenly claimed the living room would count as two rooms and pointed me to his website. This is a small home in Mountain House, nothing out of the ordinary, but somehow it ended up costing $200, with only a $10 discount. Later, I messaged him to finish the job with two more rooms. He lives in the same town, but he told me it would be a minimum of $150 just to come out again. At that point, it was clear this wasn't about fair pricing--it was about squeezing as much money as possible out of the situation. AJ may do decent work, but the greed is hard to ignore. The way he shifts pricing and inflates charges shows that making an extra buck is more important to him than being honest or fair. I would never use him again and strongly caution others to look elsewhere if you value transparency and integrity.

We recently purchased a home and the carpets were in rough shape -- heavily soiled, stained with…read moretape residue from the previous owners taping down area rugs, plus pet urine stains throughout. My husband was calling around trying to find someone available, and Tina at Quality Carpet & Tile Cleaning was amazing from the very first interaction. She took his call while finishing another job, had some reception issues, but promised to call back in 30 minutes -- and she absolutely did. That level of professionalism already stood out to us. She and her husband, Aziz, even came out the same day to evaluate the carpets and provide a quote. Aziz was honest, knowledgeable, never pushy, and their pricing was very fair. We decided to move forward, and I'm so glad we did. They worked incredibly hard for over 5 hours in our home after already completing 3 other jobs that same day! They treated our carpets with such care and attention to detail. They also offered an enzyme treatment to help eliminate the bacteria from the pet stains, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Not only were they extremely thorough, but they also took the time to give us advice on how to continue working on some of the tape residue. On top of that, they noticed potential issues in our walk-in attic and kindly alerted us so we could address them before they became bigger problems. That says so much about the kind of people they are. Tina and Aziz are hardworking, honest, and genuinely caring people. Same-day service, excellent communication, fair prices, and incredible work ethic. I highly recommend Quality Carpet & Tile Cleaning for anyone needing carpet cleaning services!

Look no further for your carpet cleaning needs and hire them!…read more Sent a message, received a swift reply, and scheduled for service within a few days. After inspecting my carpets, Aziz addressed that I had deeply neglected my carpets since this is the first time I had had any professional cleaning done on the carpets since putting them in. In fairness, I did deserve the (light) scolding. Aziz provided an estimated cost that was higher than what we discussed in our messages; however, it was reasonable given the severity of the carpet's condition. Aziz and another team member started on the cleaning; they were quick and thorough but provided high-quality results. Aziz had me inspect the carpets after the cleaning was done, and I was extremely satisfied with the results. *Aziz cleaned my area rug free of charge after I had asked to exclude it, which was an unexpected and greatly appreciated gesture. So, so kind! Aziz gave me pointers on the proper way to spot clean and said to have the carpets professionally deep cleaned yearly to maintain the carpet's quality and healthy home environment. Aziz genuinely shows a high level of care and professionalism toward his customers. Based on this experience, I will continue to use his services in the future. Thank you!

I met Calvin, and he was friendly, respectful, and understood what help with cleaning salons were needed. He gave us a reasonable quote, and we scheduled the start of our services right away. They knew timing of an empty salon was going to be a challenge, and they made it work. At first we scheduled every other week, but we noticed how helpful it was to have them during that time that we bumped it up to weekly service. The salons are cleaner, and they move chairs and mats to get all the bits of hair that you can imagine getting in to everything. They mop, dust, vacuum, and clean our bathrooms. Calvin is the owner. If there are any concerns or issues he would want to know right away, and will make sure the crew is aware. We have asked to make special adjustments in cleaning, and in their schedule, and he is very responsive. He's been a joy to work with. The Elite crew have taken a huge task off our to-do list.
