I would not recommend this business as they damaged my carpets, a somewhat new carpet (only 3 years old) felt like 10 years old after their service. They left a huuge stain on my carpet and couldn't even take it off after coming back second visit. They also carelessly damaged my walls with their equipment. We recently just installed new carpet in our master bedroom. Our dogs who are normally house trained, decided to mark there territory on our new carpet. Of course as you could imagine I freaked out and went into full panic mode. Although we purchased a "pet proof" carpet, the mere sight of yellow stains was enough for me to start calling around for carpet cleaners as soon as possible. I came across haros cleaning and felt they had enough good reviews to give it a shot. I contacted them and they were able to schedule me for the following day. Upon arrival, the employee was super nice and respectful this review is not directed towards him. However it is directed towards the lack of service I received as far as getting the carpet cleaned. On the phone I was assured the stain would pretty much all be removed. Now I do have a light carpet but after it was "cleaned" I couldn't tell much of a difference as the stain was still visible, the employee told me that after the carpet dried and the stain was still there he would come back and clean it a second time. I truly appreciate the forthcoming effort of them wanting to make it right. Sure enough after the carpet dried, the stain was still visible, I called for them to Come back out, and they did so in a timely manner. However after a second cleaning the results did not change. this was disappointing as I feel that I was assured the stain would be removed so the fact that it's still there is the reason for this review. I needed carpet cleaning services and with all the great reviews, I decided to give Haro Carpet Cleaning a shot. I called on a Friday to inquire about services and spoke to a woman named Ann. Ann was very nice on the phone and she was able to provide an estimate to address my cleaning needs and provided additional information on tile cleaning services. I decided to move forward and book an appointment for the following Tuesday between 2-4p. In preparation for services, my wife and I decided to move and stage furniture around to ensure the cleaner did not have to dodge obstacles and we wanted a thorough cleaning of our carpets. On the day of scheduled services, my wife and I adjusted our work schedules to accommodate the cleaning. 2p comes and we are prepared for the cleaner. 3p comes and I am a little concerned, but are still within our scheduled window. It's now 4p, so I called Haro Carpet Cleaning and left a message regarding our scheduled services. I am a reasonable person and with the current pandemic, labor shortages, and supply shortages, things happen. It's now 6p and still no call back. I decided to wait another 24 hrs since my initial call to give Haro Carpet Cleaning the benefit of the doubt as other reviewers have had so many positive experiences. As of this review, I have yet to receive a call back. The most disappointing part is that my wife adjusted her schedule with another co-worker to accommodate the services as she works from home. Okay service this was our second time using the company however we didn't get the same service. The day of appointment we were greeted by a nice young man who who made sure to inform us that this was his first job he was doing by himself... He did an ok job, it took him about 20-30m tops, Once he finished I checked the room out myself and you could tell it was cleaned however you couldn't smell the cleaness like my prior service, I even noticed that he spray I'm guessing freshener on the carpet once he was done. I'm not sure what happened this time around I even called the office a day prior to my appointment to make sure i was getting a deep clean for pets, and the receptionist assured me I was, which I didn't. read more

The went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with their service. I contacted them through Yelp and received a response within hours. I made sure to get them enough information and pictures so I could get an accurate estimate because I wasn't able to have them over. They sent the estimate (which was reasonable) and we scheduled for them to come and clean three rooms, two sofas and one area rug. The baby's room was the dirtiest one by far, it had shoe and vomit stains. I made sure to clear as much space as possible so they can maneuver without problem. They came a little bit after their estimated time of arrival and spend almost two hours cleaning. The reviewed the rooms, sofas and are rug before cleaning. They started from the biggest room and finished with the two sofas since it was going to take longer due to the amount of pillows. The difference was noticeable even though the carpets were still wet. They told me to leave the fan on as much as possible so everything can be dry for the night. The owner came before the job was over to check if everything was done according to plan and to collect the money. It was cool to be able to him more and understand how he cares about the business and to be involved by the community. I most certainly call them back whenever I need my carpets to be cleaned again. If you need clean carpets because you got kids and pets i highly reccomend going through HARO carpet cleaning! Our carpet was becoming very embarrassing because we couldn't get stains out and even months prior when our previous cleaning was due the company we went through couldn't get the stains or high traffic areas cleaned. Tim was able to make our carpet fresh,clean, and soft and did i mention they even cleaned our mattress and rug? Our carpet was beyond nasty (and smelly). We have dogs, 1 of which is old and somewhat incontinent. I was not sure anyone could get the smell out or the stains but I am SO impressed! We moved into our house almost a year ago and had the carpets cleaned then... there were several stains the guy a year ago said he couldn't remove that are gone after Haro. Unfortunately our floor had to be done 3×1st it was done and it wasn't clean. So I had Gary do it again. Then I noticed after he left that there was a film all over my floor.
