Eric completely revived our carpets. I was shocked at how clean, fresh, and new they looked when he was done. He clearly knows what he's doing, took his time, and didn't cut corners. The difference was night and day. If you have pets, foster animals, or think your carpet is too far gone to save. Call Eric. Professional, thorough, and worth every penny. I wouldn't use anyone else. Once they left the chemical smell was suffocating and I had to open all the windows in the house and run the whole house fan. Then I realized there was a thick layer of cleaner all over the floor. As it's our nursery for our baby we can't put her in her room to sleep due to the overwhelming chemical smell. The chairs themselves look like they weren't cleaned and I ended up cleaning them myself with a rental from Home Depot.

He did a great job on the sectional, but the carpets were just as stained after he left as when he got there. Although we did have slime stuck in the carpet, there was no way to get that out, and I realize that. BUT...I was the one who got the regular stains out of the carpeting when he had finished. After speaking with a couple of people, I realized that we were overcharged for work (or lack of) that was done. My husband was calling around trying to find someone available, and Tina at Quality Carpet & Tile Cleaning was amazing from the very first interaction. She took his call while finishing another job, had some reception issues, but promised to call back in 30 minutes -- and she absolutely did. That level of professionalism already stood out to us. She and her husband, Aziz, even came out the same day to evaluate the carpets and provide a quote. Aziz was honest, knowledgeable, never pushy, and their pricing was very fair. We decided to move forward, and I'm so glad we did. They worked incredibly hard for over 5 hours in our home after already completing 3 other jobs that same day! They treated our carpets with such care and attention to detail. They also offered an enzyme treatment to help eliminate the bacteria from the pet stains, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Not only were they extremely thorough, but they also took the time to give us advice on how to continue working on some of the tape residue. On top of that, they noticed potential issues in our walk-in attic and kindly alerted us so we could address them before they became bigger problems. That says so much about the kind of people they are. Tina and Aziz are hardworking, honest, and genuinely caring people. Same-day service, excellent communication, fair prices, and incredible work ethic. I highly recommend Quality Carpet & Tile Cleaning for anyone needing carpet cleaning services!

After inspecting my carpets, Aziz addressed that I had deeply neglected my carpets since this is the first time I had had any professional cleaning done on the carpets since putting them in. In fairness, I did deserve the (light) scolding. Aziz provided an estimated cost that was higher than what we discussed in our messages; however, it was reasonable given the severity of the carpet's condition. Aziz and another team member started on the cleaning; they were quick and thorough but provided high-quality results. Aziz had me inspect the carpets after the cleaning was done, and I was extremely satisfied with the results. *Aziz cleaned my area rug free of charge after I had asked to exclude it, which was an unexpected and greatly appreciated gesture. So, so kind! Aziz gave me pointers on the proper way to spot clean and said to have the carpets professionally deep cleaned yearly to maintain the carpet's quality and healthy home environment. Aziz genuinely shows a high level of care and professionalism toward his customers. Based on this experience, I will continue to use his services in the future. Thank you!

We called to setup an appointment and they were able to come about 3 days later. During the call, we asked some questions about their normal services, confirming what they do, and everything sounded right. Some of the super cheap places out there (often on coupon sites) make everything an upsell once they get in your door, while some big names charge really high prices, so it was nice to find B&V was an honest company with fair prices. We got most of the simple furniture out of the way, and off they went. They even went over a couple high traffic areas twice, focusing on providing results and good service. They had a few dozen squares for furniture to sit on while the carpet dried, and the carpet was about as dry as any other service we have tried before...not too damp, but out carpet just seems to suck up and hold water regardless. Overall excellent service, a fair price, arrived just a little earlier than our appointment time, and did a great job. I'm not one to throw around 5 star reviews frivolously, but I have nothing to ding them on either so here it is...a 5-star review for B&V. Thanks!
