I should have read the yelp reviews before I even bothered contacting this company. So far it has been the worst experience I have ever had in scheduling carpet cleaning. We called a week in advance to schedule a cleaning for Saturday morning at 9am. In order to confirm the timing, we called Friday evening and thats when we were told that they will need to reschedule the service as it was too hot and that they had "burnt their van", whatever that means. Anyway we didn't have a backup and since we did have one more day before we needed the cleaning we rescheduled it for Sunday morning at 8am. Almost 9am on Sunday morning, we got a call saying that they were too tired to come out and do the carpet cleaning and that they need to reschedule yet again. It was at that point where I asked the guy as to why he didn't contact us the day before if he had to cancel and instead he began ranting on me...wtf? I lost it at that point and hung up on him, but that was the height of unprofessionalism and I am bewildered as to how someone with such personality can stay and operate a service business. We were out of options and didn't have time to contact other carpet cleaners who would be available at such a short notice. Instead we went to Home Depot and rented the Pro Rug Carpet Cleaner for 4 hours @ $22 and also purchased the deep cleaning agent for $22 and cleaned the whole house app. 2500 sq ft within 2 hours. Contacting this person was such a waste of time and I strongly would like to dissuade others from doing the same. Lessons learned: 1) Always have a back-up option incase you run into idiots like this. 2) If someone from a service industry reschedules a service, don't bother rescheduling. 3) If you want a job well done then Its better to take control and do things yourself! read more

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!! I would bet anyone who gave this company a decent review is a friend/relative writing false reviews. Friday 8/09 3:10 pm I called and left a voicemail asking for an appt to clean my carpet asap. I received a call back at 3:15pm and I set an appt for the following day Saturday 8/10 @ 9am. He asked me to text him my name and address which I did and he replied/confirmed the appt. It is now Saturday 8/10 and my 9am appt has come and gone. No one has shown up!!! 9:10 am I texted asking when he is going to show up 9:30 am I texted asking him let me know if he is coming or not so I can find another company. My furniture is in my garage and I pretreated my carpet! 9:47am I called and left him a voicemail. Again I asked for an eta. It is now almost 11 am and I have not received a call back or a reply to my texts. I wish I had seen these reviews before I called this company. If I had seen the reviews before I called I would have never called much less considered allowing this company in my home. Do not make the mistake of calling this company. I found his ad in the book of savings (2 rooms free hallway $54 & he quoted me $45 for my 17 steps on my stairway) scheduled a week in advance then he never showed up then said it was for a different day I said no I need then done today as scheduled so he made time later to come..... Then he gets here does the carpet and I go to try and pay him with my MasterCard and he says it's only cash Wtf? As the ad states he takes visa and mc. So then he was upset that my husband coming home from Livermore had to go to the bank and wanted to charge me a extra $20 to come back to Manteca?? He said he lives in Tracy but the company is clearly a Manteca company. PLEASE READ before calling them! If I could give no stars I would. I called this company after seeing them in the cash saver add about two weeks ago and asked to make an appointment for Sunday. I was told that would not be a problem and they would be out. Saturday morning around 930 10 AM I called just to confirm the appointment for the next day and wanted to make sure that everything was still a go as I was having my furniture moved out of the room a day early. Once again I was told there would be no problem. That night about 8:30 PM I received a call saying that they needed to reschedule. I was told that they had a very large company that was worth over $1000 that they had to go to instead. I calmly explained that not only did I make the appointment two weeks before but I had called that morning to confirm and it was a major inconvenience because I had no furniture as of now and I was having new furniture delivered Monday morning. I was told that my little amount of money wasn't worth losing a large account over. Still praying I could finally arrange something I very calmly asked why they had not called me earlier and I was told that I should be happy he called or else I could've been just sitting around waiting. Once again as I was trying to stay calm I asked what time they would be done with the building. His answer was four or 5 PM I said is there anyway we could arrange for you to come then as it was a very small room that needed to be done and I would say wouldn't take longer than an hour. He told me he would be too tired. I said that I was aware my $50 job wasn't as important as $1000 one but I did feel the customer service was very important. He got very agitated and ended the conversation. So at 11 o'clock after I got off work I was at Safeway renting a rug doctor. Had this company out to clean (3) rooms. When he got to my house, he tried to tell me that it was going to cost additional money (another $40) to clean my carpets. I told him that I wasn't going to have him clean my carpets then. He said because he was already there, he would just do it for the price he quoted. He sprayed a "deodorizer" on the carpets. He took only about 45 minutes total to clean the carpets. I looked at them before he left and the carpets (still being wet) looked better than before. I began to dry the carpets with fans. After a few hours of drying the carpets, it was dark out and they were still damp. The next day, I looked over the carpets noticing what looked like an orange/tan color all over the carpets. It was in all (3) rooms he cleaned. I called him to tell him about what I was noticing and asked him to come back and look at the carpets himself. He told me that he cleaned them and that he wasn't going to come back. I told him he needed to stand up for his "quality guarantee" he posted on the advertisement. He stated that I had make-up all over my carpet. I said, "in all (3) rooms?" He then stated that I was just trying to get my carpets replaced for free. I told him i just wanted him to come back and look at the carpets, and clean them again to take away the color. He said he would not come back, and hung up on me. We just bought a house in Manteca. After having some minor construction done, floors and painting I also needed a GOOD company to come in and completely clean and detail the house. We had not moved in yet so starting out "fresh" was our objective. Sergio of Magic Wand came in with his crew and completely cleaned the interior and the outside window and door screens. All the windows were crystal clear when I checked everything out. We are pretty picky when it comes to cleaning and they met all of our expectations, one hundred percent! Caution! Please do not use. I received a quote over the phone and when he arrived he wanted 50 dollars more to get a couple of stains out. He kept saying that it would be a good investment and he would guarantee the stain to be removed. I agreed and when I went back the stains were still there and the carpet felt complete wet. I called him immediately and after a couple of missed appointment to see the damage he just refused to come or correct the issue. He is completely unethical and you should never do business with him.
