He did a great job on the sectional, but the carpets were just as stained after he left as when he got there. Although we did have slime stuck in the carpet, there was no way to get that out, and I realize that. BUT...I was the one who got the regular stains out of the carpeting when he had finished. After speaking with a couple of people, I realized that we were overcharged for work (or lack of) that was done. Not having furniture or carpets cleaned in a long time, I did not do a second quote and I should have. Always get TWO quotes! Lesson learned!

As it's our nursery for our baby we can't put her in her room to sleep due to the overwhelming chemical smell. The chairs themselves look like they weren't cleaned and I ended up cleaning them myself with a rental from Home Depot.

And that they need to dig out under the house. After having herk's come by and give his opinion, he said the pipe was already replaced and roots were coming in from the connection. He helped my mom call the city for them to take care of it, which they did. Cleaning out the line of roots and also apply weed and roots killer. He explained everything very well and also let my mom see what he saw on camera and explained it to her so she understands what's really going on. Would recommend herk's to anyone looking for an honest plumber.

She had said it'll only take two hours but she spent over 4 hours cleaning the bathroom and I am not complaining! She was so intricate and detailed, she got the toughest stains that previous tenants have left over the years, got the built up mold and mildew out the cracks. I was so adversed to taking a bath but it's so clean I'd probably be able to eat off the tub. She must have scrubbed every inch of surface including the counter, toilet, walls, doors, and floor. She even went as far as unscrewing the toilet cover and getting the gunk out the inside. And she left the cutest bow on my toilet paper! She accidentally had stained a spare rug I use to wipe water off the countertops and tried offering a discount because of it. I told not to worry at all because they're a pack of 5 for like $3 bucks at Target but it just goes to show how far her integrity goes. All in all, I am elated at the service she provided. For the amount of work she does she does not charge enough! Support your local business owners and book her for your cleanings right away!

I reached out months ago on the recommendation of a co-worker. I asked about solar cleaning and gutters. Their quote was very reasonable, especially given that it is a second story home with gutters that had NEVER been cleaned in the last decade at least. And same for the solar. A family emergency came up and I didn't move forward at that time. Fast forward 4 or 5 months and I reached out again. He responded right away and confirmed the details, honored the original quote (which impressed me as costs EVERYWHERE have gone up), and was able to schedule for a very convenient time without any difficulty. He also asked if there were any other services I was needing, which is when I discovered they do window cleaning, window and door screens and dryer vent cleaning as well! I did ask for them to quote me for a sliding screen door replacement, which was another great value, given the upgrades for the heavy duty screening and preferred color. And then the crew showed up...right on time, ready to go, and absolutely delightful people, every single one! It was a crew of 4. They got to work immediately and were thorough, cautious and hard-working. While they were working, I asked the crew leader about a quote for two window screens. Such a good deal that I said yes and they cleaned and rescreened as well as installed them on site as the other work was being done! And they did the final measurements for the sliding door to be made. They also asked if I wanted them to check the dryer vent and did so with no obligation for cleaning. I am sure I have literally never had the dryer vent cleaned in the almost 20 years I have lived here. So it was SOOOOOOOO full and needing to be cleaned badly. With another very reasonable price, I had them go for it! And it was done in no time at all. They did ALL this work (20 solar panels cleaned, gutters that literally had whole plants growing out of them completely cleaned and flushed, 2 windows re-screened, new door measurements taken and dryer vent cleaned), with the kindest, most non-judgemental, professional attitude. And they did it in UNDER 2 HOURS as a team! If you have a chance to use them, I would highly encourage you to. They truly care about their customers and about doing the absolute best job they can, and they make it affordable, too!

Yesterday it was for window washing (1st time) and power washing (2nd time). Fast and good work as always! Donnie always gives me a fair price and was willing to work with me when bundling services. No, he's not the cheapest, but 1) you get what you pay for, and 2) he gets it done ASAP--I called another company before just for a comparison quote, and they said it would be two weeks before they could do it--Five Star came in under two days! I would deduct a quarter star only because they forgot to mention they accidentally broke one of the outer window trims on a garage window --it was very brittle from facing the dry afternoon sun for 20 years, so I completely understand; just wish they had mentioned it. I added that quarter star back because upon arrival, Jerry the foreman pointed out that one of the front screens was busted from age/sun and offered to replace it for a great price--important when selling a house! For many years, I have used Five Star for gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, screen replacement, outdoor window cleaning and power washing--and they're just as good as ever. Thanks!

My landlord needed the carpets cleaned before we could get our security deposit back. I just by chance called Classic carpet care and spoke to Rob, I had never called a professional carpet cleaner/ repair company before. I am so glad that I picked them ! Rob followed up to confirm my appointment and remind me of it the day before he came out. I appreciate that so much, it's so simple, but moving is stressful and it was so nice to know that at least one thing was taken care of. On the phone he asked the square footage and I gave him a rough estimate, he quoted me an extremely reasonable price. I also needed a rip in the carpet repaired, he was so knowledgeable about the ways he could go about repairing it, and what would be the most cost efficient. When it was all done the price he charged me was cheaper than what he quoted me By a lot! I honestly felt like I should have paid more, he got out a huge stain that I thought was permanent. He even gave us advice about how to get our full security deposit back, so knowledgeable!! Basically, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rob of classic carpet care. Friday noon here was Robert in his van , on time and ready to work , In our house, set down corner protection, so his hose would not mark our walls, cleaned carpets and two couches, reasonable price, professional service cleaned up after, cleaned behind and under my couches and left my house cleaner than when he arrived. The price was very fair!! I scheduled the appointment right then and there. Our carpet is very old, and in 5 years of living here we have only cleaned it with the rentals from Lowe's and stuff. Hoping to replace it next year, But I wanted into freshen things up before the holidays. Today was the day, He showed up exactly on time and was so thorough. Our carpet looks and smells 10x better! Several areas that were included in the agreed scope, like behind the stove and some window sills, still needed additional cleaning that I ended up doing myself. I was also surprised to be told that the price had increased due to the home's condition, even though we had agreed in writing to a $500 flat rate and I had already described the home's condition beforehand. Overall, they're nice people and I'd recommend them for carpet cleaning.
