Excellent job on cleaning my bedroom and area carpets. He was really thorough about my carpets and takes his time on doing a great job.

Every single thing went well, my carpet was super dirty, and I didn't even think they could get it clean, but I was willing to let them try and be happy with whatever I got, but this carpet cleaner was so nice and and let me know exactly what to expect about not to expect, but I was totally happy you would want. I didn't expect my topic came out super clean. I couldn't believe he did such a great job. He's a really nice guy and I wouldn't have anybody else if I need a carpet cleaner to do the rest of my house. He was super fast in coming out and doing the job very efficient I would definitely hire him again. read more

I've been looking for a carpet service for a bit and decided to try A-1 Steamway, as seen here on yelp. The reviews were great and now I see why! Dan showed up right on time! He asked questions about the stains and gave me some tips on how to clean spots that my cats leave from time to time.. He was very professional and very kind. Such a nice breath of fresh air to have great service and kindness. Such a rarity these days.. I will definitely be using his service again! Without hesitation.. Thanks again Dan, my carpet looks great!! So worth the cost... Edith Tucci read more

Our family purchased a new home that needs a lot of remodeling done, and looking at the carpet it definitely looked like it needed to be replaced because we thought there was no way it could possibly be cleaned. Well being on a budget , I came across A1 Steaming services while driving, gave Dan a call. Very respectful , punctual and honest guy. Told me the carpet was in bad shape and could restore it about 60-70% . We decided to go for it , and let me tell you , BEST DECISION EVER in calling A1 steaming services. The pictures speak for his work alone!! We are AMAZED with his work!! We did not except the carpet to look as clean as it came out!!! WOW! I recommend him to anyone who is looking for their carpet cleaned and sanitized! Will continue to work with A1 steaming services in the future! Thank you Dan! read more

Great company! Dan was really great guy and informative! My husband and I recently got a new puppy and I could not see many stains but the smell of urine was starting to get worse now that is summer. Dan has black light and it showed at the urine stains that are blind to regular light I was shocked as to how many stains I was not able to treat or see ! He worked fast and was really organized! I will be definitely calling him in the future my carpet always smells 100% better read more

Dan did a fantastic job and was very thorough and honest about what could and could not be achieved. His schedule was easy to work with, he kept us informed as to his arrival time, etc. He removed two old stains and cleaned the carpet, and it all looks great now, I see no trace of the stains. The Branding of this company is spot on, A-1 Steamway! They did a great job on what I thought was going to be a waste of time, cleaning a really old carpet with a lot of black stains. It turned out BEAUTIFUL. I am so happy! Please-please give them a try. Not only was my carpet clean but it looked like a picture of art. Shout-out to Jerry from Abney Carpet for the referral. Awesome guys, honest, affordable, and professional. TnT read more

this dude spoke to us on the phone, told us he had "hundreds of feet of hose" because we explained to him we live in the middle of an apartment complex. (we actually live near 3 entries but it's about 120 feet from the parking lot) he showed up, told me he couldn't reach our water spigot and I had to suggest to him that he try the other side of parking area - he then told me his hose was only 75 feet and that was the "maximum" on most trucks ... we've definitely had our apartment cleaned before so I'm pretty sure this is just completely untrue. idk if he overbooked himself or what but it was a crazy unprofessional experience. read more

Sold our house and was at home waiting for another carpet cleaner to come and after an hour and a half late he called to cancel because his truck broke down. Thank goodness I found this company here on YELP with excellent reviews the owner answered my call and was able to come quickly. They did an outstanding job in getting my carpets cleaned. Outstanding results. Better than expected. The owner is a pleasure to work with. HONEST and hard working. I've used other carpet cleaning companies with disappointing results. I have 3 German Shepards mostly inside dogs. They were able to get out all the stains and they didn't reappear. Reliable, responsive, and very thorough. read more

I waited to write this review because so often I have had my carpets cleaned and within weeks they look terrible. Not so with A-1 Steamway. Not the cheapest option, however the quality of the work is fantastic. We had both carpets and area rugs cleaned and they look amazing. We have an off-white carpet that always seems to show dirt in a couple of high traffic areas. After a month, they still look super clean. Thanks Dan! We'll certainly use you again in the future! read more

Very professional and quick! Our carpets look awesome. He was thorough, got stains out and did not leave the carpet soaking wet. It dried quick! I highly recommend. read more

Our very light beige, almost 29 year old carpets, were cleaned today by Dan. Prompt and friendly, he explained the process and offered to help move a piece of furniture for better access. He uses state of the art equipment. The carpets dried quickly and look great! We recommend A-1 for your floor cleaning needs! read more

Very rude customer service. I had to cancel my appointment due to unexpectedly having to deliver my baby earlier than usual and I called to reschedule as I was still interested however I was still in the hospital the day we had agreed upon. He was rude and didn't want to reschedule as I was making him lose money and "I was going to cancel last minute again". I explained the special circumstance and that it wasn't my intention to cancel our appointment but he was not understanding and was just plain unprofessional. So disappointed in his attitude as I had read all the positive reviews. I am glad I did not give him my business because he was not willing to work with his customers. read more

This is the second time we have used A1 for our carpets and both times they did a great job!!! Best carpet cleaning service we have ever used in the past other company's left carpet looking just ok but they always leave them looking almost brand new and smelling great! We had a hard soap stain that I couldn't remove myself with at hoMe cleaner and they got it completely out! Thanks, would definitely recommend to anyone in the area! read more

I scheduled a cleaning with A1, Dan called to confirm on the day of the cleaning. Due to just moving into a new place I couldn't make the appointment so Dan said it was fine because he was working with the parade. He said the 8th would be fine. So on the day before the appointment I called him and he denied ever saying the 8th. He said he didn't have time to argue and hung up in my face, no apology! nothing! just hung up in my face. Horrible costumer service... I strongly recommend you spend a little more money for someone more professional. read more

Dan was so helpful and super accommodating. We just moved into our new home and with a crawling baby we wanted the carpet cleaned. We only had a few days to move in so with a call to Dan he was able to squeeze us in the next day. Even after running a few minutes late because I forgot the new keys he waited patiently. As I know we will need future cleans with a growing boy on my hands A1 carpet cleaners will be the ones we call every time. Thanks again for working your magic on our carpets!! read more
