I contacted them on Monday asking for a quote and to see if they could possibly clean the carpets before Saturday when my new furniture arrived. They were super quick with their response and I had an appointment for the next day at 8:30am. I was so impressed with his flexibility and willingness to gain our business even though we had a very tight window to get this done in. Nolan was patient and professional, and his quote was pretty accurate despite not having the initial square footage. He even was willing to get us in slightly after the end of his day, going above and beyond to show his customer service to new clients as far as we are concerned. Nolan and one of his employees are still working on our carpets as I write this, but so far I'm pleased. They even put up a door screen so the AC can be kept on while also keeping bugs out. They were respectful of my things but did knock off a collector truck from the top of a shelf and broke the wheel off. I paid $390 for 5.5 hours of deep cleaning and still had to clean my sliding glass door, front door(glass) and vaccum underneath my couches before my guests came over. To start when the owner came out to give me a quote he went over in detail exactly what he would be doing as well as the step by step process and cleaning solutions he uses.
