I contacted them on Monday asking for a quote and to see if they could possibly clean the carpets before Saturday when my new furniture arrived. They were super quick with their response and I had an appointment for the next day at 8:30am. He arrived right on time talked to me about the concerns I had which were pet stains told me what he would be doing and gave a price. He was cleaning the carpets by 9am and when he was done they looked brand new!! He was very honest about two spots he didn't think would come out one was a burn so I knew that wouldn't and the other was a red colored stain I was fine with that in the end all the other stains came out. I was so impressed with his flexibility and willingness to gain our business even though we had a very tight window to get this done in. Nolan was patient and professional, and his quote was pretty accurate despite not having the initial square footage. He even was willing to get us in slightly after the end of his day, going above and beyond to show his customer service to new clients as far as we are concerned. Nolan and one of his employees are still working on our carpets as I write this, but so far I'm pleased. They even put up a door screen so the AC can be kept on while also keeping bugs out. They were respectful of my things but did knock off a collector truck from the top of a shelf and broke the wheel off.
