This year we chose to use Valley pro, and I have to tell you I was very impressed. The gentleman on the phone was very kind respectful and polite. When he showed up at a residence, he had the same exact attitude. They did an amazing job at our carpets and got more dirt out of them and the people we have used in the past. We were moving out of our house and needed our 4 bedroom house shampooed ASAP. Brad from Valley Pro Carpet answered my call immediately, and agreed to come out the next morning. He was prompt, even texting me 30 minutes before his scheduled time to let me know he was arriving soon. When we told him we had a strict budget, he was more than willing to work with us. I had purchased a Groupon and had expected to wait three weeks thinking that full price customers would be preferential but I was wrong. I called just after receiving the Groupon and was put on the schedule just one week later. I also appreciated that he asked that a good vacuuming be done that morning and to move any furniture we wanted cleaned under. Brad and his helper showed up on time and Brad and then went around the house with that "spy flashlight" looking at the pet stains and what areas would require a heavier cleaning. I did add on the pet deodorizer ($40) but felt it was worth it after seeing the yucky pet stains (getting new carpet after elderly dog crosses the rainbow bridge). I also had a less expensive area rug cleaned which came out great but Brad was honest and said he did not think my other rug would come out as well and suggested a company that had better cleaning accommodations for area rugs. I am very happy with the results and will definitely use Valley Pro in the future. read more

First off, Brad came out on a groupon special that i didn't even need to use groupon,he just honored. Then he comes out within two days of calling , right on time. Completes the job, looks great! Then, one of my rooms had pet odor that didn't go away. I called Brad same day and he came back out same day and did a deep cleaning and eliminated 99% of the odor AT NO CHARGE!. Came over, told us it would take 3 hours to do everything. Came back an hour later and was done in an hour. How is something you intially said would take 3 hours only take 1? Also, did the tile and swept everything into the next room. Tile was an extra $60 and my cousin said "I have my card." he didn't say one thing until the end saying that he only takes cash or check. I have used Valley Pro Carpet Care for a few years now , Brad and his associate is absolutely great and believe me when I look at my old carpet after they get done cleaning it looks amazing. I run a kitty resort and some of them don't use the litter box or go out side ...they want to use my carpet !! But after they get done cleaning it smells good and looks good. They are trustworthy also and that right there is my main consern in my home !!! If I allow them to go into my home with out me there ...you know I trust them !!! called two weeks ago to set-up cleaning whole house; got quote, returned call to set-up date/time, we talked, gave idea as to how we can make happen being I can't be on site to let in or pay..... so I call this morning to ensure we're still on and I wake some guy (after 9am) who's first words are "We have a job, this morning?" so I get him to have the boss call me.
