I've been using Clean & Dry Carpet Care for many years, first at my home and now at my office as well. Marcos and his team consistently do an excellent job. They are always friendly and professional, and they show up on time, which I really appreciate. Scheduling has always been simple, and Marcos is very flexible and accommodating when trying to find a suitable time. It's evident he takes pride in his work. It's hard to find companies that are this reliable and easy to work with, and that's why I've continued to use them for years. I highly recommend Clean & Dry Carpet Care if you're looking for quality service and great customer care. read more

We have hired them about 5 times now, and have been satisfied each time. This most recent time, I needed to reschedule the day before, and they were able to fit me in to their calendar the very next day. Ruben has been the tech the last few times, and we have always been very happy with his humor and professionalism. They always give us a heads up when he is on the way, so it makes the 4 hour arrival window more convenient. Of course, the carpets look & smell amazing each time. Thank you! read more

Okay I am trying to help this business because they do amazing work! 5 stars for the job, attitude, helpfulness of the workers and product. -1 Star because having non-optional charges that are not disclosed upfront will KILL them! I want them to do well, cause the service is great, but the business model isn't. The other reviewers were correct about this. The nice guy understood and gave me a discount to help with this. read more

I had an emergency, my dog ate a large amount of coconut oil and was throwing up. She threw up all over our microfiber chair. They immediately came out the next day, cleaned our furniture and it looks as good as new. Very happy with them!!! I will be using them again! read more

So I didn't and up using their service because I'm a procrastinator and obviously most places are busy on Mondays, but I was very impressed with how easy the quoting process was via text and how professional & courteous the person with whom I was communicating was. If I ever need services in the future, I will definitely called them based on just this interaction. I would obviously call a lot SOONER, but would definitely call them lol.. read more

Clean & Dry Carpet Care - Very prompt, professional & courteous! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Modesto, California

They did an excellent job on my home. The home has had pets so extra measures were added and it came out to be about $250.00 for a 1,500 square foot house. It smelled funny as it was drying (which is normal according to them and many carpet cleaning websites) and the smell was gone the next day. Very professional and informative in explaining the carpet's issues and treatment options also. read more

My carpets were disgusting! I have two cats, a young adult child who works in an AG yard and we wear shoes in the house. And I am totally ashamed to say this but I hadn't had them cleaned for three years! Ruben and David did an amazing job. They explained everything clearly, gave me my options and explain the costs. They were respectful and polite the whole time. I will be using this company again! Well done gentleman you've earned a customer for life!! read more

These guys are great. They did what they said, the price was fair for the time and effort, and the result was good. We did a whole house - half carpet and half slate tile. The tile didn't turn out well the first time and they came back, without complaint and redid it. I would not hesitate to refer them or use them again. read more

One thing I wanted when I bought my house it was having the carpet cleaned professionally. I first inquired with a company in Richmond and the person never responded. So I found Marcos and he was fast with the estimate, I sent pictures of the carpet, we schedule a day, they came and did the job of 1000+ sf in two hours. The carpet looked very nice afterwards. I was very happy with the results. read more

We have carpet tiles in our garage, sounds gross but actually has some positive aspects. But it gets very dirty. They guys got it very clean! read more

Pros: Easy to set up and schedule. Super friendly. On time. Cons: had my small apartment living room serviced, thought pricing would be a little more flexible but it was a firm $120 with pet treatment. Was also told it would take an hour, went to take my dog on a walk for the hour but got a call twenty minutes later saying it was done. Left me a little skeptical to how it turned out since it was done so fast. Bottom line: great service and great quality. Will use again for future needs. read more

Living room carpet and microfiber sofas looking amazing again. Thanks for the great work as usual!

I specifically used clean & dry carpet based on their reviews in Yelp. I did not have as much luck as everyone else. First, the phone estimate came in at $150-$200, based on the tech surveying the house. This was for a thousand square-foot, 3 bedroom house. About twice the price of some weekly adds. But with 5 star reviews, I agreed. Quality is not cheap. When the technician showed up, without looking at the house, he had an invoice for $215. I disputed the price and he lowered to to $175. Fine. *Sigh* About 2hrs later, the tech said he was done. I took a look and there were still stains behind the small rocking chair. This stain was very current. He said no problem, I'll get them out. I asked if he moved the furniture, like the office-estimator guy said he would. He said just the office chair and coffee table. I was disappointed and moved the rocking chair 3 feet to the kitchen myself. As for there tag line "clean with steam & fan dry", the fan dry means they will turn on your ceiling fans. I turned on the ac and brought in two box fans. The carpet was still slightly damp after 12 hrs and one damp spot after 20 hrs. Hopefully the musty smell will dissipate with time. The carpet is clean and the tech dos work very hard, but definitely not 5 star. read more

My carpet was very bad, and we had a ton of stains do to lots of get togethers at our place. We will eventually rip the carpet out to put hardwood. But till then we decided to have it cleaned. I found Marcos here on Yelp and he had get reviews and I was convinced. He came by this morning and did an awesome job. My carpet was beyond saving and it actually looks way better. Now the wait for the new floor won't be so bad. Definitely I recommend this guy he is good. Beyond my expectations!! read more

Wow! Just wow- I found this company on Yelp and the reviews are legit. Had the whole house done today- stairs, landing, living/dining combo, 3 bedrooms and a huge game room. I added the pet treatment since our new puppy decided a room was his spot- only $300 for all of it and I have a big house. The very first call got me connected with Marcos and he was flexible with my schedule and very accommodating. His manners and professionalism on the phone was what secured the date. Marcos Jr and Danny called me 30 minutes before arrival to let me know they were on the way. When they arrived, they were so courteous and very professional, smiling and ready to get it done. The carpets look amazing and no more puppy pee smell! Looks like new carpet. I will definitely be using these guys each year. I'm so thrilled! read more

Marcos and his crew did an amazing job! He came to our office and cleaned, it looked so good, I had him come and do our house too. I called them for a quote because of the reviews online and I am so glad I did, sometimes the reviews are hard to believe, but all were true in this case. They are so nice and accommodating, Marcos really knows how to get and KEEP customers. I will never use another company again. I will refer him to EVERYONE that I know. read more

I never truly write yelp reviews, but I had to do so for this company. We needed someone to help us clean our carpet at our new house in Salida, CA urgently. Marcos was great at communicating with me and quoting me over the phone. He was very professional, flexible and responsive. The service done to the home was amazing. I was impressed with how spotless the carpet was after the service. I would rate this business 6/5 stars! Great pricing, great service and great communication. I would refer this company to family and friends. read more

First of all, the new guy stole cash out of my wallet! When they left I notice my open purse on the floor behind the door. All my cash was taken! Second the cleaning of my sectional sofa and area rug was just mediocre. It did not look or feel as clean. I used them for my carpet cleaning and two chairs in the past and the work was pretty good. Not this time. I called the owner about the theft. read more

I got my carpets clean this past December by Marcos team and they did a really good job. I recently moved out of my house and forgot the name of Marcos company. So I checked on yelp for carpet cleaning because it's how I find services I need done based on other reviews. I called Marco and told him I wasn't sure if he's company did my carpets before but that I needed them to be clean ASAP because of me moving out and if he was available that same day. He quickly responded and said yes he had my number in file. Brandon came within the hour and did an awesome job he was super helpful and cleaned my 3 rooms, living room, hallway and kitchen tile all within reasonable cost. I will def. keep them in my files this time in case I get my own place again! read more

I highly recommend Clean and Dry. When I contacted them, Marcus was very thorough and accommodating, asking questions to ensure he understood what I wanted done. He gave me tips to reduce staining and was able to work with my time schedule. Communication between scheduling and the actual appointment was very clear and informative. Once the crew (Brandon and John) arrived, they walked me through the job, explained everything, then got right to work. Carpets turned out great, including pet mess which came up better than I hoped. Thanks Clean and Dry. read more

Fantastic job!!! They were able to squeeze me in at the end of their day and did a GREAT JOB! I had 2 bedrooms and a large living room that they were able to complete in almost half the time they quoted. My rooms look like new and our family can't wait to move in our new home. read more

I'm having my carpets being cleaned today, I am very happy with their service. They were the only company that offered me next day service and an extremely reasonable price. I didn't realize I used them 2years ago before moving into my house and I loved their service then and I still love their quality of service today. Very prompt and arrive when they say they are going to be here. I would recommend using this carpet cleaning service :) read more

Good people, showed up on time with a smile, and was very neat and respectful with everything. I cleaned 3 bedrooms and a few side rooms / hallway / stairs for a price that is lower than what others quoted, and they still did a great job.
