When I requested a quote, Jorge responded quickly. The prices are reasonable. They were able to come the next day. First of all, my place needed a DEEP clean because I "fell off" with cleaning when my husband got hospitalized for close to 3 months. It was such a a huge change and a lot to deal with emotionally. I knew I needed help but I just felt drained and the job felt too big at that point. Two wonderful ladies were sent over and they were courteous, honest and professional, WITH GREAT ATTITUDES ! These guys saved me and did a GREAT JOB!! I had another carpet cleaning service booked and they flaked. When I called they said Sorry and that was it. I had renters moving into my home in just a few days so I was scrambing. I must have called 9 carpet cleaners and Jorge got back to me right away. Woooowwww!!!! What a Dedication!!!! I can freely say that George is really a man of his word and so dedicated towards his work than anyone I've ever seen. He was so dedicated to make his company known in the Central Valley and do an outstanding Job during late hours. I had a cancellation on the last day of the month and my roommates who moved out left such a mess for me. George, unlike anyone else, went out of his way to help me out. He drove from SAN JOSE to STOCKTON CA to help me clean my carpets and that too, after being stuck in traffic for 2 hours at 8 pm. Not only that he did an amazing job, he literally helped me with cleaning the house and moving all the furniture out of the way. On top of that, he vacuumed the carpets before deep cleaning them. Price was very fair considering the last minute appointment and fun talks we had during the entire process. I've never met such a dedicated business owner who could've easily said "sorry I can't" but he didn't. All his employees were off due to 4th of July long weekend, but George worked, for his business, to help a client he doesn't even know and to stay dedicated to his work. Hats off to you sir!
