Everything went well! Chase was very professional and pleasant. Chase was flexible with our scheduling set up a flag to get our job sooner if he had a cancellation. Which we did. He and his partner extracted over 15 gallons of water from our carpets due to a roof leak. They also steam cleaned a partial area of the carpet which was needed. I had three problems in my home: pet vomit stains, a flea invasion, and a small flood from the bathroom. I thought a good steam carpet cleaning would solve all three. I don't like using poison in the house, so I treated the carpet and upholstery with diatomaceous earth to kill the fleas, treated the cat, and vacuumed everywhere, discarding the vacuum bags. Chase called back within five minutes. He was quite knowledgeable about all three problems and gave me a reasonable ballpark estimate on the phone. Chase and his assistant arrived early, didn't charge for moving the smaller furniture, and the final bill was the same as the estimate, even though I added a room. My only complaint is they disconnected my outside hose and didn't hook it back up. My arthritic fingers can't do it. I have to wait two weeks for the gardener to tighten it.
