Amazing countertop work by Tracy Marble and Countertops!…read more From the very beginning they were incredibly helpful with quotes and walking us through the details of what would and would not work with our planned vanity remodel. Their price was very competitive with the market value. Their professionalism with the install was top notch, and their commitment to quality shows through with their execution on carrying the natural veins through the backsplash and side splash areas. I would definitely recommend them and plan to consult with them again on my future projects.

JNL went completely MIA on us. Left our remodel project stalled for weeks while we were down to one…read morebathroom and our home was a construction site. We called them every day for three weeks with no response. We were about to threaten legal action because they had our stone and they just wouldn't answer or return our calls. We were getting desperate. When they finally returned our call and finished the installation, the quality was crap. No communication, no transparency when serious mistakes were made. As a stone cutter you basically have one job: pay attention to detail, which they didn't do. Very disappointed, if we could do it over again we never would have called this company.

DO NOT USE JNL MARBLE. JOEL HUERTA DOES NOT STAND BEHIND HIS WORK!!! The quartz countertop he…read moreinstalled in our kitchen CRACKED. We scheduled 2 appointments with Joel for him to come out and fix the problem and he BLEW US OFF both times without so much as a phone call or a text to say he wasn't coming. Joel is unresponsive to emails, text messages and phone calls. The supplier even spoke with him three times and each time he lied right to them saying he would call us right after he got off the phone. He never called. EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED AND FRUSTRATED.

My husband and I were looking for materials for our bathroom remodel. Tiles, Vanity, countertops,…read moreetc. We came in on 2 different occasions and I can not recommend Granite Expo. On our first trip, it was busy and no one really seemed to want to help. Since it was our first time, we walked around for about 2 hours really trying to narrow down our decisions. Some of the displays are confusing as to what the prices and choices are so it was a little difficult. If you were lucky enough to get a sales person (we were not) then maybe you were able to get more info. We wrote down our choices and left. I came back by myself during the week hoping it was not as crowded so that I could actually get someone to write me a quote. When I walked in the front door, there was a young women sitting at the first station. She looked up and said good morning. I said good morning and then I went to look at the bathroom vanities. I knew I still needed help, so I walked up to her to ask for help. She turned from her computer monitor, looked me in the eye and said "I am busy right now" and went back to work. What? OK, that was rude. When she saw I was still standing there, she looked to the gentleman to her right and said "Oscar, you are too busy to help her as well, correct?" Oscar looked at me and said I can help you in about 10 minutes. I wish I had gotten her name because she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. After a few minutes, Ocsar tried to help me. I could tell he was rushing and really didn't want to help me so I just gave him some of my choices so I could at least get a quote. I think if you are a contractor they treat you better than just a regular person coming in to look and get prices. My contractor was not with me, so maybe if I had brought him it would have been different. For me, customer service is terrible, pricing and choices are confusing if you are just trying to look around and overall this was a bad experience. I would not come back, especially if someone like the young lady talks to customers that way. We wound up going to another bathroom company to ultimately purchase our vanity, cabinets and counter top.

From outside, it didn't seem all that grand (don't seem interesting), but once step inside - very wonderful site! Hence, don't judge something by its exterior! I understand this is one of their 10 locations in Northern CA. Appreciate their complimentary free sample bag, coffee /expresso machine to make your own, and water dispenser to help you stay hydrated while shopping.
