I understand things happen, but at the very least they should have texted us to let us know they could not make it. This was horrible customer service. We moved here a few years ago and dreaded doing any sort of remodel after trying to find…read morecontractors for smaller projects. Specifically I had a 90s TV cove I wanted to convert to a cabinet/shelf space in the living room. I couldn't find anyone interested in doing the project. I also had a friend recently piece together her own kitchen remodel and it was months long with lots of delays and such a headache. So when I saw KC approach with the timeline I was immediately on board. From my first contact to the the ending sign off was beyond my expectations for professionalism. Daniel was straightforward and so helpful during the initial planning. Casey nailed down the design and made up for my lack of creativity. Aaron was always there to answer my questions and reached out every day to let me know where we were at in the timeline (most days they were ahead of schedule... how often do you hear that about a remodel?) The crews were very respectful of my house, my kids and my dogs and I appreciate the hard work of every single one of them. As far as cost it was right in line with my expectations including expecting to pay a little more for a higher standard. So glad I went with KC!

From the first phone call to the final clean-up day, they were professional, kind and the communication was amazing! I was there during many of the construction days and they were all so awesome! Aaron was the project manager and kept in daily communication. You have your own personal designer to take your input and make it come to reality! The end result is so pretty and extremely functional. I highly recommend this company!

My husband and I were looking for materials for our bathroom remodel. Tiles, Vanity, countertops,…read moreetc. We came in on 2 different occasions and I can not recommend Granite Expo. On our first trip, it was busy and no one really seemed to want to help. Since it was our first time, we walked around for about 2 hours really trying to narrow down our decisions. Some of the displays are confusing as to what the prices and choices are so it was a little difficult. If you were lucky enough to get a sales person (we were not) then maybe you were able to get more info. We wrote down our choices and left. I came back by myself during the week hoping it was not as crowded so that I could actually get someone to write me a quote. When I walked in the front door, there was a young women sitting at the first station. She looked up and said good morning. I said good morning and then I went to look at the bathroom vanities. I knew I still needed help, so I walked up to her to ask for help. She turned from her computer monitor, looked me in the eye and said "I am busy right now" and went back to work. What? OK, that was rude. When she saw I was still standing there, she looked to the gentleman to her right and said "Oscar, you are too busy to help her as well, correct?" Oscar looked at me and said I can help you in about 10 minutes. I wish I had gotten her name because she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. After a few minutes, Ocsar tried to help me. I could tell he was rushing and really didn't want to help me so I just gave him some of my choices so I could at least get a quote. I think if you are a contractor they treat you better than just a regular person coming in to look and get prices. My contractor was not with me, so maybe if I had brought him it would have been different. For me, customer service is terrible, pricing and choices are confusing if you are just trying to look around and overall this was a bad experience. I would not come back, especially if someone like the young lady talks to customers that way. We wound up going to another bathroom company to ultimately purchase our vanity, cabinets and counter top.
