She looked at 5 different companies, and the main things that stood out with this company were that they guarantee their timeline and budget: if they go over the timeline they will pay you $250 per day. From the first phone call to the final clean-up day, they were professional, kind and the communication was amazing! I was there during many of the construction days and they were all so awesome! Aaron was the project manager and kept in daily communication. You have your own personal designer to take your input and make it come to reality! The end result is so pretty and extremely functional. I highly recommend this company!

Specifically I had a 90s TV cove I wanted to convert to a cabinet/shelf space in the living room. I couldn't find anyone interested in doing the project. I also had a friend recently piece together her own kitchen remodel and it was months long with lots of delays and such a headache. So when I saw KC approach with the timeline I was immediately on board. From my first contact to the the ending sign off was beyond my expectations for professionalism. Daniel was straightforward and so helpful during the initial planning. Casey nailed down the design and made up for my lack of creativity. Aaron was always there to answer my questions and reached out every day to let me know where we were at in the timeline (most days they were ahead of schedule... how often do you hear that about a remodel?) The crews were very respectful of my house, my kids and my dogs and I appreciate the hard work of every single one of them. As far as cost it was right in line with my expectations including expecting to pay a little more for a higher standard. So glad I went with KC!

Stood around for 30 minutes before someone came to speak with me. I already knew what I was after, what color, and budget I needed (over $11,000.00). I just had a few simple questions for the staff to ensure accurate product compatibility... they treated me like a pariah for asking about faucet spread and color samples. Couldn't be bothered to look in a catalog, make a call, or look up a spec sheet. Every question was answered with, " I don't know". When the girl finally asked how much I was planning on spending and I told her under $15,000.00 she just walked away. They were unbelievably rude. My realtor had recommended them. Additionally, I had new bathroom (primary and guest) vanities, quartz countertops, backsplashes and sinks installed. While I kept the original layout of my kitchen, full demolition was necessary and as such, new cabinetry and hardware, kitchen sink and quartz countertops and backsplash were required, all of which I was able to select from their showroom offerings. They also completed a breakfast bar for me with a quartz countertop with waterfall edge time match the kitchen counter top waterfall.
