Unfortunately, that didn't happen. After almost a year, the cabinets we received were much lower quality than what we were promised, especially considering the price we paid. He told us we would be getting dovetail drawers, but instead we got basic drawers put together with staples and no glue. We only found this out after doing our own research and pointing it out to him. This was never explained to us upfront, which was very frustrating. In reality, it felt like he took advantage of our lack of knowledge in cabinetry. When we brought it up, he said real dovetail drawers would have needed to be ordered from somewhere else. That was surprising to hear from someone with so many years of experience. We had already paid him 50% of the contract a year ago, assuming he would use that money to purchase materials. Later, we found out he hadn't, and he came back asking for more money, which we still paid. On top of that, timelines were repeatedly delayed, forcing us to reschedule other site work and incur costs due to Valro's last-minute cancellations. He repeatedly asked for more money throughout the project without finishing the work. Every time he came to the site, he made sure to ask for payment, but somehow "forgot" to complete the work he was there to do. We also treated him very fairly throughout the process. We paid for his hotel when he came to install, and we bought him lunch and coffee every time he visited. We did this because we expected good quality work and honesty in return. Overall, this was a stressful and expensive experience, and we regret choosing Valero for our cabinets. He overpromised, underdelivered, and failed to meet basic expectations of quality or professionalism. I have attached the contract and the actual installed cabinet. There is a photo of the unfinished work from Israel because he "forgot" the side fillers and the finished side panels of the cabinets. Just stay away from this CHEATER and LIAR called Israel Valero.

I am so grateful Central Valley Millworks took on my home project. This is a family run business and they have a network of professionals working with them to ensure all aspects of the job are done to perfection. The family members each have their own roles and are very kind and professional. I had my entire kitchen repainted, the island replaced, new quartzite stone installed, and a new island built with a specialty oven and downdraft. I love everything about my kitchen now ...right down to the quality paint and beautiful knobs. At times it is difficult to get a hold of them over the phone , so I suggest just dropping by their location in Oakdale if there's something pressing that you need addressed asap. Major props to their painter and electrician team. They were outstanding to work with. My mother, who is an interior designer, had a wonderful experience working with them all.

I wanted inset drawers and doors, and that is an art, do I didn't go with the lowest cost options from the Valley. The photos on their website look so elegant, I thought it was unlikely I could afford them, but when their bid came in it was substantially below the competition. My contractor mostly works with another cabinet-maker who was impressive but cost prohibitive. The designer worked hard on squeezing everything into a small space. Builder has us on a waiting list to get repairs so we contacted Monschein ourselves. Gustavo( head of customer service) came to our house 2 months ago, agreed that cabinets were poorly done & would send a tech out very soon. A tech came out with a really bad attitude & no action plan whatsoever.

We ended up hiring them to install our new lowers and counters. The outlet is filled with samples on the showroom floor which is super helpful for picking out your cabinets, counters and finishes. They even let us check out samples and bring them home to help decide on what we would be installing. Before placing the order, Wade came out and measured our kitchen and helped put together a quote based on the arrangement we wanted. They put together 3D renderings of our kitchen to show us the layout alongside the quote. Their install team did quick work, and overall did a good job for what we paid for. We had a few small issues with caulking and hardware , but the salesperson Wade made sure all the issues were handled promptly.

Well, the problem is that they took improper measurements and then came out to deliver an entire new countertop that was not measured correctly. I'm no professional but I'm pretty good at math and can tell you that measurements weren't accurate. I'm so upset and frustrated that this is such a big deal. So as my countertop is ugly and bare I have to wait even longer for them to "try" and get it right.

Ryan was on time for the initial bid walk-through and provided the quote on-time as promised during the meeting. That's rare in this business. We had several bids from other contractors either come much later or not arrive at all. 2. Their pricing was very fair and the contract process was detailed and easy to complete online. 3. The crew arrived on time to start the project and kept us informed throughout the process, which took a month to complete. Special thanks here to Doug, who was just an awesome site manager to work with all around. I wish every site manager in the construction industry was like Doug. 4. Hailey, our sales rep, arrived on time and conducted a professional walk-through to hear our ideas. We discussed rough quotes for the kitchen and bathroom remodels, and she presented the option of a $10k design phase contract as a first step. We wanted to compare multiple contractors before committing and requested a written quotation first. The next day, I followed up via voicemail and text to ask about the quotation and clarify any questions. I received no response. I followed up again on 3/31 but did not receive a reply. Based on this, I assume the company is not interested, but I would have appreciated clear communication rather than no response at all.
