They even let us check out samples and bring them home to help decide on what we would be installing. Before placing the order, Wade came out and measured our kitchen and helped put together a quote based on the arrangement we wanted. They put together 3D renderings of our kitchen to show us the layout alongside the quote. Their install team did quick work, and overall did a good job for what we paid for. We had a few small issues with caulking and hardware , but the salesperson Wade made sure all the issues were handled promptly.

I'm no professional but I'm pretty good at math and can tell you that measurements weren't accurate. I'm so upset and frustrated that this is such a big deal. So as my countertop is ugly and bare I have to wait even longer for them to "try" and get it right.

We don't do all of this often nor do we know anything about showers and the repairing process. So when this guy said shower pan, don't you think they should have mentioned this all to us when we first signed up with them? Um, ya I think so. So then of course they don't even install the shower pan... they sell it, for an insane price, but they don't install it. So that got delayed even more since we had to find someone to come and install the shower pan. Finally everything is rolling. We spend an INSANE amount of money on this shower, I mean the amount of money we spent. We should of had a grand slam shower. And I blame custom marble and onyx, because as I mentioned earlier, they failed to tell me that they are sub contractors and they don't do shit and it's up to you to scurry around and find people to do different jobs. Okay so everything is in place. Now last thing we need is the shower head and handle installed and put back into place. But GUESS WHAT. We had to find someone for that too because this shit place doesn't even do that. So we had the plumber come out and he noticed these 2 small holes on the shower pans and he mentioned to get them checked out and make sure water won't be leaking. So I call the company and I speak to the "boss" named Darrel who sounded absolutely rude and Condescending. I mean if you are the boss I assume you would hear out your client and try to fix the issue rather argue and get all defensive and tell me that we should have picked a better shower pan or that all your men are experienced. Full of shit and work on your customer service because you are no boss. You are a rude person. Worst experience ever!!! Hate this place. Do not hire them. Unless you want lies. We wanted to get rid of our tired, builder installed ubatuba granite tops and basic backsplash with a refreshed quartz product to modernize our open concept kitchen and island. Anthony the owner of APlus Marble was one of the first people we contacted and he was out to quote within a few days, complete with samples on hand for us to try and visualize the space. His pricing was fair, competitive if not slightly above a few other quotes we received. What I appreciated was Anthony's promptness on follow up questions and scheduling. We ultimately committed to using APlus Marble for our remodel and are very happy with the outcome (see the before and after pic!). The demolition and install crews were very clean and made sure to mask off the space so that we didn't get dust or debris over our living room area. There were a few measurement gaffes with the original quote, but Roman the project manager was thoughtful in bringing them to my attention and working through the measurement changes so that I was happy with what they were templating. Due to the pandemic and other scheduling issues, we took a big leap of faith and let Anthony select the Quartz slabs from MSI in Hayward. He did a great job picking 2 slabs with great uniform veining and that fit our kitchen configuration perfectly. He also made great recommendations on going with a thicker mitered edge that would enhance the modern vibes we were going for. On install day, the crew was again timely and made quick work of the install. I did have to remind them about installing some hidden metal supports for our island since we were deleting the corbels. Again, a small gaffe but they were quick to adapt, source the missing parts and keep the project on schedule. In the end we are extremely happy with our finished kitchen by APlus Marble and wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Anthony and his team for your next counter top needs! Thanks again!!
