I found D&S Custom Countertops online and chose to check them out. There office in Modesto provides samples of all the countertops and they have all the latest and most popular designs. To my surprise they provided me a quote for countertops that was almost $1,000 cheaper than what the big boxed stores had quoted me. I chose to have to have the hubby do the demo to save some money and throughout the whole process from the time of ordering the counters to the day of install they remained in touch with me providing updates and advice on the demo. I couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism and installation. The photos provided show the kitchen from the time we moved in, to the demo, and to the finished product. I chose not to have the countertops up the wall so that I could install a mosaic tile backsplash. I must say for first time remodelers of a bathroom and having no idea what to choose, we went to Dorothy's, Travis who works there was as cool as good be, steered us in the right direction, ended up finding our whole tile combination for walls floors and decorative for inside our shower to be. I will never go anywhere else for this type of need. Went into Bedrosian, they sucked, no one said hello, can I help you, after two other customers came in and were recognized and helped we asked for help, the saleswomen was more interested In letting us know they were closing early. We did a bathroom remodel and the final product was just amazing. It took us several weeks to find just the right combination of tile, but I am so pleased with the selection. The tile setter was fabulous. He took his time and created a masterpiece! It was a complex job with a seating bench, lighted archway, glass tile, and stone shower pan. I emailed the owner, Warren Sharrock, with no response. I've left phone messages and they are ghosting me. I will not recommend them to anyone. Well, they emailed me and said that I need to hire a finishing contractor to solve my issue. August 11, 2026 Well, they emailed me and said that I need to hire a finishing contractor to replace or modify existing door casings/jambs to solve my issue. They said that they put the caulking at my request (which is true). However, they shouldn't have put the caulking, if they knew that it would look like my pictures. They are supposed to be the professionals - not me.

And when they come they say you haven't installed a shower Pan yet.. and I'm like??? We were never told we needed too. Why weren't we told this before? My thing is, this is all new to us. We don't do all of this often nor do we know anything about showers and the repairing process. So when this guy said shower pan, don't you think they should have mentioned this all to us when we first signed up with them? Um, ya I think so. So then of course they don't even install the shower pan... they sell it, for an insane price, but they don't install it. So that got delayed even more since we had to find someone to come and install the shower pan. Finally everything is rolling. We spend an INSANE amount of money on this shower, I mean the amount of money we spent. We should of had a grand slam shower. And I blame custom marble and onyx, because as I mentioned earlier, they failed to tell me that they are sub contractors and they don't do shit and it's up to you to scurry around and find people to do different jobs. Okay so everything is in place. Now last thing we need is the shower head and handle installed and put back into place. But GUESS WHAT. We had to find someone for that too because this shit place doesn't even do that. So we had the plumber come out and he noticed these 2 small holes on the shower pans and he mentioned to get them checked out and make sure water won't be leaking. So I call the company and I speak to the "boss" named Darrel who sounded absolutely rude and Condescending. I mean if you are the boss I assume you would hear out your client and try to fix the issue rather argue and get all defensive and tell me that we should have picked a better shower pan or that all your men are experienced. Full of shit and work on your customer service because you are no boss. You are a rude person. Worst experience ever!!! Hate this place. Do not hire them. Unless you want lies. Bad customer service and a huge headache.

We were working on a very tight timeline due to having an event in our house and we cannot afford not having a kitchen available. We ended up hiring them to install our new lowers and counters. The outlet is filled with samples on the showroom floor which is super helpful for picking out your cabinets, counters and finishes. They even let us check out samples and bring them home to help decide on what we would be installing. Before placing the order, Wade came out and measured our kitchen and helped put together a quote based on the arrangement we wanted. They put together 3D renderings of our kitchen to show us the layout alongside the quote. Their install team did quick work, and overall did a good job for what we paid for. We had a few small issues with caulking and hardware , but the salesperson Wade made sure all the issues were handled promptly.

Well, the problem is that they took improper measurements and then came out to deliver an entire new countertop that was not measured correctly. I'm no professional but I'm pretty good at math and can tell you that measurements weren't accurate. I'm so upset and frustrated that this is such a big deal. So as my countertop is ugly and bare I have to wait even longer for them to "try" and get it right.

Darci was extremely helpful going over the pictures I had saved and helped me pick out materials. They let me take samples home to experience them in my own lighting (which I strongly recommend). Adrian Construction then came in and did the remodel for us. Their team is professional and did an amazing job. We love our kitchen.
