Had the Gaia eTerra white series - American maple LVP flooring installed (lighter colored floor pictured below) throughout the entire house. I am in love with the new floors! The old flooring (darker colored floor pictured below) was missing a moisture barrier and was starting to curl upwards. Brian came to do our quotes as scheduled and took the time to answer all questions we had. Quotes were sent quickly and material prices as well as labor were the most affordable based on two other quotes we received. I spent $20,000 for tile demo and new wood laminates. They are beautiful. After a few months one of the boards separated. I've been asking for them to fix it numerous times for months. They have never done it. I also had a board that needed replaced due to dropping a cup in the kitchen. Finally my son in law moved the boards to fix that problem. I'm still stuck with my scratched board. The problem is the work is subbed out to a guy who's a jerk. Not his business and he doesn't care if he's rude to owners or fixes problems. I was hoping I could do a really positive update, but after about 6 months the tile has not been replaced. There were promises that it would be done, but then no one would show up. I still don't understand why it wasn't fixed as soon as they knocked it off, they would have had tiles from the floor to use. Now they won't be able to match it, but I figured I could always paint them. I also noticed the floor makes creaking noises when we walk on it, almost like old floorboards. Don't know if that's normal or not. It almost feels like air bubbles are under the planks in some places. read more

This company is a joke! I had my flooring installed back in September and it took until right before thanksgiving to finish with the things that were wrong! They have over charged me 750.00 and have not replied to the bank YET about why. They tried in my opinion to commit fraud! The bank is still waiting for them to justify there charges, and I won't be paying a dime more to anyone until this is resolved. They seem to have all the money in the world so it doesn't seem to be a problem with them. Bottom line is they can't justify it so they are ignoring this! My purchase for flooring was through Costco and Floor Plus was contracted for my flooring. Salesperson (Keith) that came out was great and we decided on the flooring. Closer to the install date I was emailing the salesperson but received no response. Called and was informed he was no longer there and was handed off to Gabriel. Very good service from Gabriel, answered all my questions about the preparation for the install. The cost included the installers moving heavy items from the rooms. On the day of install we explained how the full size leather recliner in the master bedroom should be removed from the room. We did not watch as they moved the chair but prior to moving it back into the room we noticed some damage to the leather that was not there previously. When we pointed it out to the installer he questioned if we were sure that it wasn't there already. We also found that a threshold was cracked in the room where carpet had been laid and when pointing that out was again questioned if we were sure it wasn't like that already. My suggestion to anyone using Floor Plus is to take specific pictures of your furniture that is being moved prior to the install. I get that some scuffs and chips to walls and door frames can happen and in the past other installation crews have admitted to the damage. I was in communication with Gabriel at Floor Plus about the leather chair but appears that the conversation is over as I have not received an update for over a month. They have good selection and friendly people at the store but it is very concerning that the installers are not up front about accidents that occur. read more

Ask for Patty! She worked with me as I was out of the area and had a very specific timeline. Project scope was all new flooring for about 2,300 square feet. She was available by phone and highly responsive to numerous questions. She was the ONLY flooring company that actually quoted me options over the phone without trying to lure me in the showroom. When I came into the store after a 6 hour drive, she had options laid out of carpet and laminate, ready for me to make a decision. She had things rocking and rolling. The only downside is that a tile trade was not available to help with this project. As to install, ask for Steve from Silva's Flooring. One of the best crews in regards to attention to detail. Horrific customer service. Installation was supposed to take 1 day; ended up being a "3 week" job. Installers delivered carpet with 3 soil spots; carpet not attached to wall in one spot; and workers did not clean up afterwards, leaving carpet debris everywhere including in driveway. (Lied saying they did not have a vacuum cleaner). Insulted our intelligence by wanting to "clean" spots on "new" carpet. Had to make numerous calls to get installers back out. Once told installers were "up in the mountains." Company sent out 3-piece replacement carpet to replace 2-piece original, further delaying job to 3rd week. Meanwhile, furniture strewn all over house. I had the worst experience with Floors Plus and wanted to tell them to get out of my house within ten minutes of Keith being there. The office lady, Channel is very rude and was put out when I called to check on my appointment since they were 30 minutes late. There was no "sorry" about being late. The representative who came out, Keith Stapp was condescending and I had to pull information out of him. How dare you come in my home and be rude to me! Originally shopping with them I was very pleased to find out they were a few hundred dollars cheaper than the two competitors I was shopping with on the exact same floor and install. After the work was started I was very disappointed to hear from my wife that the installer they had sent into my home was a very vulgar man and my wife and kids presence seemed to mean nothing. There were a few issues as far as the quality of the original installation as well. I continued to work with Patty and Floors plus and they made sure all of the issues with the original installation were resolved and they were even kind enough to send a different installer to my home. Due to the great service I received even AFTER they were paid and my install was completed I have to give them this 5 star review. No one can guarantee perfection, so the fact they took such good care of me after the issue had come up means a lot. read more
