Had the Gaia eTerra white series - American maple LVP flooring installed (lighter colored floor pictured below) throughout the entire house. I am in love with the new floors! The old flooring (darker colored floor pictured below) was missing a moisture barrier and was starting to curl upwards. Brian came to do our quotes as scheduled and took the time to answer all questions we had. Quotes were sent quickly and material prices as well as labor were the most affordable based on two other quotes we received. The team that came in to do our flooring did an amazing job, left the place clean, and finished on time as expected. They did an amazing job with the baseboard installation as well. read more

Very happy we went with Floors Plus! Very helpful in helping us choose the perfect floors for our home. We were on a budget since we were installing all new floors & baseboards in the whole house and we were shown the best options for us. We ended up choosing Mannington Calico Fox & 5.5" baseboards. In some areas it looks more grey & others more brown. Very happy with our experience, prices, & floors! read more

These guys know their stuff! They came out, were very professional and had the work completed in a timely manner. I am more than satisfied with the work they provided. I loved that they didn't try an tell me how great they were and how horrible other companies would be. Gabriel really did his best to save me money wherever he could without compromising the work. These guys respect what they do and they respect their customers. If they say it, they stand by it. If you want the job done right, go see Gabriel and the awesome team there at Floors Plus! We had the best experience with these guys. Brian delivered on time and they were actually done one half a day sooner. We had 900 sq feet of LVP flooring put down and it looks beautiful. The guys that came and worked on the project were all professional and integrity drivin. Gustavo and his crew are beasts. I highly recommend these guys for obvious reasons. They are the best!!' I spent $20,000 for tile demo and new wood laminates. They are beautiful. After a few months one of the boards separated. I've been asking for them to fix it numerous times for months. They have never done it. I also had a board that needed replaced due to dropping a cup in the kitchen. Finally my son in law moved the boards to fix that problem. I'm still stuck with my scratched board. The problem is the work is subbed out to a guy who's a jerk. Not his business and he doesn't care if he's rude to owners or fixes problems. They don't care either. When I mentioned it - they just ignored my comments. Unhappy in Riverbank. read more

We were referred to Floors Plus through local Costco in Tracy, CA. Set up a measuring appointment and visited the Floors Plus design center in Modesto. We selected a durable dark hardwood laminate for our 1st floor of our new home. We selected stone tile for bathrooms & laundry area. Great, seamless experience! Solid materials including thick under lament. Big crew of pro's demo-ed & finished with a 2 day installation of 2,000 sq ft. ~$10K. Worth every penny!!! read more

Kudos to floors plus for(Brian w.) for taking time to come out to fix the situation. He was sincere in his urgency to help fix the problem that his previous careless inexperienced trade left behind. He sent a very meticulous partner in who took his time to do the job correctly and with great care and I couldn't be more happy! Thank you for making it right! I will be calling them again to finish more areas of my home soon. read more

I was hoping I could do a really positive update, but after about 6 months the tile has not been replaced. There were promises that it would be done, but then no one would show up. I still don't understand why it wasn't fixed as soon as they knocked it off, they would have had tiles from the floor to use. Now they won't be able to match it, but I figured I could always paint them. I also noticed the floor makes creaking noises when we walk on it, almost like old floorboards. Don't know if that's normal or not. It almost feels like air bubbles are under the planks in some places. read more

Had a great experience with Floors Plus starting with showroom and installation. First time was 3 years ago when we replaced the carpet throughout the house downstairs and upstairs all in one day ! The crew did an excellent job very efficient and professional. We recently had a hot water leak that damaged the downstairs carpet and Brian was able to locate the same carpet they installed 3 years ago. The process was smooth with the insurance and Jon the installer did an excellent job. They went over and above to accommodate us ! We would not hesitate to recommend them for their great customer service ! Thank-you Brian and Crew ! read more

This place is a rip off. Stay away please. It took 3 months for them to fix there mistakes. Also tried to over charge me 1200.00. Thank goodness for Trey doing the right thing! read more

This company is a joke! I had my flooring installed back in September and it took until right before thanksgiving to finish with the things that were wrong! They have over charged me 750.00 and have not replied to the bank YET about why. They tried in my opinion to commit fraud! The bank is still waiting for them to justify there charges, and I won't be paying a dime more to anyone until this is resolved. They seem to have all the money in the world so it doesn't seem to be a problem with them. Bottom line is they can't justify it so they are ignoring this! I would never use this company again and I suggest everyone stay away and go to a reputable company. read more

My purchase for flooring was through Costco and Floor Plus was contracted for my flooring. Salesperson (Keith) that came out was great and we decided on the flooring. Closer to the install date I was emailing the salesperson but received no response. Called and was informed he was no longer there and was handed off to Gabriel. Very good service from Gabriel, answered all my questions about the preparation for the install. The cost included the installers moving heavy items from the rooms. On the day of install we explained how the full size leather recliner in the master bedroom should be removed from the room. We did not watch as they moved the chair but prior to moving it back into the room we noticed some damage to the leather that was not there previously. When we pointed it out to the installer he questioned if we were sure that it wasn't there already. We also found that a threshold was cracked in the room where carpet had been laid and when pointing that out was again questioned if we were sure it wasn't like that already. My suggestion to anyone using Floor Plus is to take specific pictures of your furniture that is being moved prior to the install. I get that some scuffs and chips to walls and door frames can happen and in the past other installation crews have admitted to the damage. I was in communication with Gabriel at Floor Plus about the leather chair but appears that the conversation is over as I have not received an update for over a month. They have good selection and friendly people at the store but it is very concerning that the installers are not up front about accidents that occur. read more

We had a great experience with this company. They were fast and efficient. The crew worked well together, had a few laughs. No problems or concerns and when the floors were finished, they put me furniture back for me. I couldn't have been more pleased! Use them! You'll be glad you did! read more

Horrific customer service. Installation was supposed to take 1 day; ended up being a "3 week" job. Installers delivered carpet with 3 soil spots; carpet not attached to wall in one spot; and workers did not clean up afterwards, leaving carpet debris everywhere including in driveway. (Lied saying they did not have a vacuum cleaner). Insulted our intelligence by wanting to "clean" spots on "new" carpet. Had to make numerous calls to get installers back out. Once told installers were "up in the mountains." Company sent out 3-piece replacement carpet to replace 2-piece original, further delaying job to 3rd week. Meanwhile, furniture strewn all over house. One star is for Shaw Carpet, Floors Plus not recommended. read more

I had my entire house redone. Tile, hardwood, and some carpet. Floors Plus was extremely helpful, professional and with great customer service throughout the entire process. Brian made picking color and style a breeze. We had to match our oak cabinets to thevtile and the flooring. This can be a hard job and Brian made it a breeze with an excellent eye for style and color. The installation crews were craftsman all. The different crews came and went like clockwork. All the work is beautiful, including the staircase and new baseboards. From beginning to end this was a terrific experience. I would recommend anyone to Floors Plus for selection, customer service and installation You cannot go wrong. Thanks Floors Plus!! read more

Ask for Patty! She worked with me as I was out of the area and had a very specific timeline. Project scope was all new flooring for about 2,300 square feet. She was available by phone and highly responsive to numerous questions. She was the ONLY flooring company that actually quoted me options over the phone without trying to lure me in the showroom. When I came into the store after a 6 hour drive, she had options laid out of carpet and laminate, ready for me to make a decision. She had things rocking and rolling. The only downside is that a tile trade was not available to help with this project. As to install, ask for Steve from Silva's Flooring. One of the best crews in regards to attention to detail. They did the prep work right! I appreciate all of the hard work and would use Floors Plus and Silva's again! read more

Brian and the staff at Floors Plus was awesome. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. From the moment we met Brian, we felt that we made the right choice. This was the biggest home project we had ever done, both in price and amount of work. Brian worked through my wife's few changes and once we settled on what we wanted, the work began. The crew that did the floors was awesome and finished 3 days early. I can't say enough good stuff about the service and quality. Their selection is also huge and you will be sure to find what you need here. Thanks to Brian and the installers, Top Notch!!! read more

I had the worst experience with Floors Plus and wanted to tell them to get out of my house within ten minutes of Keith being there. The office lady, Channel is very rude and was put out when I called to check on my appointment since they were 30 minutes late. There was no "sorry" about being late. The representative who came out, Keith Stapp was condescending and I had to pull information out of him. How dare you come in my home and be rude to me! Their estimate was $6 a square foot higher than the other three estimates I got. If I could give them negative stars I would. read more

I called to see if I can schedule an in-home estimate. The lady was very rude and condescending on the phone "we can't quote you if you don't know what you want." Even though I know what I want down to the type and style, but she assumed that I did not know anything. I was hoping to get a quote but if the first point of contact with the business is this lady I don't want any part of that. Just a tip to the owners, hire someone else to answer your phones. read more

Thinking of re-doing some floors in your home? Look no further! I'm a pretty "picky" customer when it comes to home improvement, and I can tell you I was "wowed" by my experience with Floors Plus. I recently remodeled all flooring in my upstairs. I went with a combination of luxury vinyl plank and a little bit of carpet. From start to finish I felt my project was a priority and I was very well taken care of. The business owner, Brian, was extremely knowledgeable about all the different options for flooring and made it simple for me to choose the floor that fit my needs for both functionality and aesthetics. Brian's installation crew was also top notch. The lead of the team had over 38 years of experience in his field and the entire crew was courteous, professional and had a keen eye for detail. For me, it's the little things that go a long way. They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with every detail of the flooring project and they even brought me a floor cleaning kit specifically for the type of flooring I ordered. They told me they typically get questions on floor care and so they want to make it easy for their customers. Well....that was super easy, and much appreciated. I'm about two weeks in with my new floors and I just can't say enough good things about how thrilled I am with this project. My floors are lovely and Floors Plus really delivered exceptional product and service. Thank you! read more

I'm really pleased with my floor install. The prices are extremely competitive compared to other flooring shops in Modesto. And I did a lot of comparison shopping. Showroom has a great selection. In 2006 I did a complete remodel of a first home. I did some competitive pricing around Modesto, and after a fair amount of research thought Floors Plus offered the best product (in terms of quality, selection, and price) and was very cooperative in helping me select the product that fit MY price range. Four years later, I am once again working on a flooring project and without a doubt find Floors Plus to be the business with the most attention to what I trying to find and fitting my price range. Good people who actually care. read more

We have a vacation home near Modesto. Floors Plus just installed laminate flooring in the kitchen and both bathrooms as well as stretched the carpet in other rooms. We are extremely pleased with the installation. Everything was cleaned up. I was most impressed with the fact that during the selection process Brian and his assistant Chanel were very prompt and professional. I placed a few phone calls to the store and Chanel said she would have to call me back. Loandbehold she did as promised. It's a pleasure to deal with a business that actually makes the customer feel valued. I would use them again and would highly recommend their services. read more

Patty and Floors Plus are great! Originally shopping with them I was very pleased to find out they were a few hundred dollars cheaper than the two competitors I was shopping with on the exact same floor and install. After the work was started I was very disappointed to hear from my wife that the installer they had sent into my home was a very vulgar man and my wife and kids presence seemed to mean nothing. There were a few issues as far as the quality of the original installation as well. I continued to work with Patty and Floors plus and they made sure all of the issues with the original installation were resolved and they were even kind enough to send a different installer to my home. Due to the great service I received even AFTER they were paid and my install was completed I have to give them this 5 star review. No one can guarantee perfection, so the fact they took such good care of me after the issue had come up means a lot. read more

I was referred to Floors Plus by a friend. I purchased laminate wood flooring and carpet earlier this year. They were great from the get-go! I dealt with Patty during my entire process and she was great. Very helpful and easy going. She let me take as many samples as I liked and there was no hurry to get them back. I didn't keep them long because I knew other customers may want them also. She worked with me as far as pricing and worked with my budget. I used Steve from Silva's Flooring who installs for Floors Plus and loved him and his work! He and his crew were professional and timely. A few weeks after install, there was a small issue with my carpet where it meets my bathroom tile, and he took care of it right away. He gave me extra felt pads for furniture sitting on my new laminate and putty for any future nicks. I've referred friends and family to both where they have purchased flooring and used Steve for install and others to Steve for install only. So whatever you need...use one or both! Now it looks like my boyfriend will be using both. Feel free to check around on pricing, but be sure to check Floors Plus...most likely they will be less. I will definitely go back in the future if and when I need to. read more
