My rug was picked up from my house and delivered back within a couple of weeks or so. The rug is clean and vibrant and smells so much better now. Even sone of the stains I thought wouldn't come out have lifted. They were honest to let me know that there was a possibility some of the staining may not come out but I have to say I don't see the black staining it had before.
