In March my daughter and her family remodeled their kitchen in Lodi. It was an older home that…read moreneeded an upgrade, plus she has 5 kids ages 2 to 10 and the oven and stove were very old. She looked at 5 different companies, and the main things that stood out with this company were that they guarantee their timeline and budget: if they go over the timeline they will pay you $250 per day. From the first phone call to the final clean-up day, they were professional, kind and the communication was amazing! I was there during many of the construction days and they were all so awesome! Aaron was the project manager and kept in daily communication. You have your own personal designer to take your input and make it come to reality! The end result is so pretty and extremely functional. I highly recommend this company!

Specifically I had a 90s TV cove I wanted to convert to a cabinet/shelf space in the living room. I couldn't find anyone interested in doing the project. I also had a friend recently piece together her own kitchen remodel and it was months long with lots of delays and such a headache. So when I saw KC approach with the timeline I was immediately on board. From my first contact to the the ending sign off was beyond my expectations for professionalism. Daniel was straightforward and so helpful during the initial planning. Casey nailed down the design and made up for my lack of creativity. Aaron was always there to answer my questions and reached out every day to let me know where we were at in the timeline (most days they were ahead of schedule... how often do you hear that about a remodel?) The crews were very respectful of my house, my kids and my dogs and I appreciate the hard work of every single one of them. As far as cost it was right in line with my expectations including expecting to pay a little more for a higher standard. So glad I went with KC!

We recently purchased a beautiful home that needed lots of restoration…read more We were in the market to replace pretty much everything including granite. This home has a specific theme so I couldn't just pick any stone I thought was pretty. I shopped what felt like every granite shop in town and while also shopping for floor tiles, the flooring shop I was at recommended Pacific Shore Stones for my floors. The moment I walked in, I was kindly greeted by Lisa and while she was talking to me about the floors, I spotted the PERFECT granite slab for my kitchen. Needless to say, I stopped listening to what she was saying because I was in just awe how GORGEOUS this slab was. I told her I wanted it. I took a picture and sent it to my husband and I told him as well that's my kitchen. He also loved it. Lisa gave me a quote for them and I held on to it for a month and so did she! Only because we had other things going on at the same time for the remodel and my childrens end of school year activities. Once I we choose a fabricator, which was probably a month later, Lisa still had my slabs on hold. She didn't have to do that since I didn't put down a deposit. I felt so grateful for that. I also had to choose granite for my bathrooms. I also drove down to their Fresno location to see what else they had there for my bathrooms, I did see one that I really liked a lot but then once I was back in the Modesto location, I saw the perfect one they had in stock. ‍ I also have to mention that the staff at Fresno was also very friendly and helpful. Lisa had given them a heads up that was driving down there. Anyway, back to my bathroom slabs, GORGEOUS and perfect for the theme of my house. I couldn't be happier with the slabs, the work of my fabricator and the EASY sale with Lisa. The whole staff was very easy to work with. Which is nice because as fun as it is to pick and choose things for a remodel, it's also VERY stressful. I can't thank Lisa and the staff for their help. Thank you and God bless all of you. I hope and pray you all get all the business!

The general manager, Lisa, went above and beyond to help us select the perfect pieces. Lisa was knowledgeable, patient and genuinely invested in making sure we chose something that would not only be beautiful but also hold up outdoors. The pricing was equally impressive, transparent, fair and incredibly helpful. If you're looking for high quality stone and a team that genuinely cares about your project I highly recommend Lisa and the team at Pacific Shore Stones.

We ended up hiring them to install our new lowers and counters. The outlet is filled with samples on the showroom floor which is super helpful for picking out your cabinets, counters and finishes. They even let us check out samples and bring them home to help decide on what we would be installing. Before placing the order, Wade came out and measured our kitchen and helped put together a quote based on the arrangement we wanted. They put together 3D renderings of our kitchen to show us the layout alongside the quote. Their install team did quick work, and overall did a good job for what we paid for. We had a few small issues with caulking and hardware , but the salesperson Wade made sure all the issues were handled promptly.

Well, the problem is that they took improper measurements and then came out to deliver an entire new countertop that was not measured correctly. So the edges were too short and way to long in other areas. They were going to glue it on and I stopped them. Told them to take it back. The guy claimed it's because my wall isn't even...wow! I'm no professional but I'm pretty good at math and can tell you that measurements weren't accurate. I'm so upset and frustrated that this is such a big deal. So as my countertop is ugly and bare I have to wait even longer for them to "try" and get it right.
