This is a family run business and they have a network of professionals working with them to ensure all aspects of the job are done to perfection. The family members each have their own roles and are very kind and professional. I had my entire kitchen repainted, the island replaced, new quartzite stone installed, and a new island built with a specialty oven and downdraft. I love everything about my kitchen now ...right down to the quality paint and beautiful knobs. At times it is difficult to get a hold of them over the phone , so I suggest just dropping by their location in Oakdale if there's something pressing that you need addressed asap. Major props to their painter and electrician team. They were outstanding to work with. My mother, who is an interior designer, had a wonderful experience working with them all.

Disappointed with the installation of the cabinets. I ordered counter tops and the color received…read morewas not the same. I understand variations in natural stone but this was a different color. Subcontractors for the installation were used and the installer did a tacky job. The so-called subcontractor damaged cabinets and scratched cabinets and inappropriately attached cabinets. (They were replaced but he knew the damage was there and assumed I was gonna be ok with it. Then he tried to say it was someone else. I had pictures dated and time stamped. Cabinets to Go did not replace all damaged cabinets/drawers). The contractors left holes where the handles were installed because I'm assuming the holes he drilled were too wide. The cabinets were not flush against the walls. I will have to pay someone to put filler on them to make it look finished. T My biggest concern with Cabinets to Go was the unfairness of refusing to accept their error for the countertop. The delivery guys told me they have had complaints from other customers who paid for the same pattern I selected because the color is so misrepresented. I sent photos to 2 other departments and both departments agreed that the color was off, but when it went to final approval, my request for a partial credit or new countertops was denied. So I was forced to pay for a countertop that Cabinets to Go selected. I have remodeled 2 rental properties since my home install and I did not use Cabinets to go. I will not recommend them or use them again. I would recommend using your own contractor or installer if you do use Cabinets to go. Cabinets to Go misrepresented other aspects as well. This was for the ready-to-go cabinets. I would hope that their custom cabinets are better.
