For $800, I believe clients deserve more than partial measurements and a schematic drawing, followed by a rejection. At the very least, providing a cost estimate or projected range is an industry norm and gives homeowners something they can use to move forward. When I raised these concerns, I was told the session was "non-refundable," despite the service being incomplete. That left me with no actionable deliverables and the loss of $800. What retail establishment won't sell to interested customers?? And to top it all off, I let the employees at the register know that this practice was "weird." A snotty woman came back with this, "it's either this inability to buy, or they would have to shut down for two weeks." What retail establishment in this day and age turns away possible customers??? We left this store with ZERO plans to return. Bottom line: there are many stores to stock up on Christmas decor, don't bother with Suite 52, unless you want to shop in the fray of an Open House!

He cleaned up after he was done and left nothing behind. I even messaged him recently because I was looking to buy a can of touch up paint for when I have the bathroom countertops redone (drywall may need repairing and repainting after demolition) and I didn't know which white color paint he used and he responded promptly. He even went above and beyond and brought me some leftover paint of the color of my bathroom so I wouldn't have to buy my own paint can.
