For instance, he was the first contractor to actually go, (crawl), physically into the attic and survey and measure. No other contractor even attempted or asked to do that. There are so many details that he took care of that it went beyond my expectations. He helped me with every detail. For instance, helping with the right kind and color of pendants over the island, picking out the right hardware, choosing the correct flooring, paint color and countertop for kitchen. The details that he took care of are too many to mention. My husband and I decided he is a contractor/designer. He pays attention to so many details and helps with so many decisions. He was the "right" one and the BEST to go with. He was an answer to my prayers, (since I had no idea what I was doing), and we will be forever grateful for our BEAUTIFUL home. Our fence fell over during a huge storm in February. Made a claim through my home insurance and after 2 weeks of waiting for a contractor, I was told they didn't have anyone available to help us with our fence for months. We called around and started getting our own quotes. Everyone was out a few months as well and with the constant rain, it wasn't looking like we would find anyone to help us with our fence. Luckily, we found Implement construction. Lonnie came immediately to measure and start preparing the quote. That was on a Friday. By Monday, we had a quote for several different options and designs for the fence. Worked with my schedule and neighbors schedule. Came in at really great price and best of all, he could do the fence as soon as there wasn't any rain. We went with a 7 foot fence and redwood. Overall, Lonnie finished rather quick, considering the weather was so unpredictable. The fence came out amazing and the attention to detail is unmatched.
