Every time we've worked with Doug and his team, we've found them to be excellent communicators about the plan, timeline, and process. They were thorough, professional, and consistently kept us informed of what was happening and what decisions were coming next. What really stood out was Doug's attention to detail and his ability to coordinate multiple trades smoothly so the project kept moving. When issues inevitably came up -- as they do in any construction project -- he addressed them quickly and with practical solutions rather than delays or excuses. The quality of the finished work was excellent, and the project significantly improved both the functionality and value of our home. Just as important, Doug and his crew were respectful of our space and easy to work with throughout the process. We would absolutely hire Doug again and would confidently recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and communicative contractor.
