Hailey, our sales rep, arrived on time and conducted a professional walk-through to hear our ideas. We discussed rough quotes for the kitchen and bathroom remodels, and she presented the option of a $10k design phase contract as a first step. We wanted to compare multiple contractors before committing and requested a written quotation first. The next day, I followed up via voicemail and text to ask about the quotation and clarify any questions. I received no response. I followed up again on 3/31 but did not receive a reply. Based on this, I assume the company is not interested, but I would have appreciated clear communication rather than no response at all.

Finally I gave in to my husband and decided life was too short, and it was time to stucco. Dave and his crew came out and repaired dry rot, added blown-in insulation, and did an absolutely fabulous job on the stucco. We left the front of the house sided to keep it looking original, and Gerardo did a really wonderful, and professional, job prepping and painting. We just had them come out to complete the job by painting the detached garage, and it's the best our house has ever looked.
