Hailey, our sales rep, arrived on time and conducted a professional walk-through to hear our ideas. We discussed rough quotes for the kitchen and bathroom remodels, and she presented the option of a $10k design phase contract as a first step. We wanted to compare multiple contractors before committing and requested a written quotation first. The next day, I followed up via voicemail and text to ask about the quotation and clarify any questions. I received no response. I followed up again on 3/31 but did not receive a reply. Based on this, I assume the company is not interested, but I would have appreciated clear communication rather than no response at all.

All throughout the process he made sure we got exactly what we wanted and the quality of his work was great. Didn't really get before pictures but attached some of the completed work. He also painted the walls, repaired some previously damaged drywall (you can't even tell where he repaired), removed our bathtub with 2 water knobs and converted it into a dual head shower with a newer home style 1 handle water mixer for my mom's old home. The tile work for the shower and the kitchen backsplash was clean and well done.

Stetler Construction has done a number of major projects for us, and they've all turned out great…read more We started with floating shelves in a bedroom, then had closet shelving put in, then had an entire garage closet redone. All of these smaller projects were completed in exactly the way we wanted. Jeff was extremely responsive, making changes as requested with a great attitude. Feeling confident in his work, we had him screen in our large porch. This work was both effective -- we use our bug-free porch so much more now -- and beautifully done. We get compliments on it all the time. Lastly, Jeff renovated all three of our bathrooms. These were full renovations, with each room taken down to the studs. This was our first time doing serious renovations. As newbies, we relied on Jeff's sound advice and explanations. All three bathrooms turned out beautifully, and everything works great. Jeff and his guys did all the tile work, which is especially superb: totally even and solid. For a few parts of the projects, such as glass shower doors, he brought in an outstanding subcontractor. Many people I talk to have nightmare stories about renovations dragging on and on due to contractors who don't show up on schedule. Or they report shoddily done work. There is none of that with Jeff. He is extremely responsive and always there when he says he will be. And his work is absolutely top-notch. I can tell it really bothers him when anything is the slightest bit imperfect; such things get fixed, even if they are imperfections I would not have noticed myself. DAC Remodeling has transformed the exterior of our little 1950s house! We had spent years…read morescraping, sanding, painting, replacing, and loving the original redwood shiplap siding (well, not continuous years, but a lot of summers!). Finally I gave in to my husband and decided life was too short, and it was time to stucco. Dave and his crew came out and repaired dry rot, added blown-in insulation, and did an absolutely fabulous job on the stucco. We left the front of the house sided to keep it looking original, and Gerardo did a really wonderful, and professional, job prepping and painting. We just had them come out to complete the job by painting the detached garage, and it's the best our house has ever looked. Dave was great at keeping us updated as the project unfolded, and we really enjoyed working with the entire crew. I can't recommend these guys highly enough - honest, professional, and a level of craftsmanship that's hard to find these days.

Second job was remodel of 3rd bedroom/home office. Complete retexturing, paint, baseboards, barn door installation, closet door replacement, and custom closet shelving. Job took a little longer than originally quoted due to winter weather/humidity causing texture to take longer than normal to dry, but communication was on point every day to let us what would be done and when.
