Which didn't matter because the guy that rolled them was a professional a.k.a David. The owner is Monty and he is a combat vet that will answer his calls. He was very patient with our HOA. No, he's not the cheapest, but 1) you get what you pay for, and 2) he gets it done ASAP--I called another company before just for a comparison quote, and they said it would be two weeks before they could do it--Five Star came in under two days! I would deduct a quarter star only because they forgot to mention they accidentally broke one of the outer window trims on a garage window --it was very brittle from facing the dry afternoon sun for 20 years, so I completely understand; just wish they had mentioned it. I added that quarter star back because upon arrival, Jerry the foreman pointed out that one of the front screens was busted from age/sun and offered to replace it for a great price--important when selling a house! For many years, I have used Five Star for gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, screen replacement, outdoor window cleaning and power washing--and they're just as good as ever. Thanks!
