I contacted Premium Plumbing for some problems I was having with my plumbing. The person I spoke to in the office was very nice and helpful, and she was able to get someone to me within the hour. The technician who arrived was very professional and polite. He explained the problem and gave options to fix it. I did not feel like he was trying to sell me on anything. He was able to take care of the issue promptly and for a reasonable price. I will definitely be using this company again if the need arises. read more

BIG THANKS! Bree and Jessica were very helpful in coordinating with my landlord to get my hot water going again. Jr gave me the heads up on what to expect after he inspected my water tank. They were prompt and when a part was needed they ordered it and tried quickly to get my hot water up and running again. I'm very pleased and highly recommend! read more

We live in an older home that the home inspector told us was in fantastic condition when we purchased it a decade ago ("better than newer homes"!). Well, suddenly we've had multiple issues including a clog in the mainline and a leak under the house. The leak turned out to be due to a water heater leak. AHS paid for a new water heater but there were additional costs not covered under our home warranty. We are on a tight budget but after speaking with Scott, the owner, we decided to get the work done anyhow since I liked how he wanted to do the job up to code. We are very impressed with the result! (See photo. They replaced the piping and everything.) Unfortunately, in just the few short days before we caught it, the leak also damaged our bathroom floor. (Our water heater sits up against a shared kitchen/ bathroom wall.) We became seriously worried about the additional costs, as well as possible subfloor damage and mold, etc., so we decided to file our first home owner's insurance ever. We would have been refused if it were not for Scott taking the time to send the insurance company photos of the damage and explaining to them how he knew the leak was short term, etc.! This was definitely going above and beyond because he doesn't get paid to talk to the insurance company. It was also very kind of him and a huge help to us because (as we have now learned), even small leaks can be very expensive. As far as the mainline/toilet clog, we do not have a clean out valve in our bathroom. I remember having another guy come out one time from another company and he refused to do the work because he said he would not pull a toilet! Anthony from Premier Plumbing was so kind and helpful, however! He pulled the toilet, used his equipment (I don't know the name), found a few tree roots, and cleared the clog. He also recommended that we run a camera down the pipes but that was not covered by AHS so I decided to see if our other home repair company, Home Serve, would cover it. I can't say enough about how nice and professional Anthony was/is :) . So, in short, any time I need plumbing work done either through AHS or Home Serve, I am going to ask for Premium Plumbing first! read more

Worthless unprofessional amateur service technicians Had an issue with water heater not lighting the pilot. These mediocres came in and didn't attempt to check the issue on their own. Instead called the manufacturer to troubleshoot, which i have done already. After trying to follow the instructions from the manufacturer which eventually didnt work, they decided the gas valve unit has to replaced and left my place with the service fee. They even said, the work order has been closed and cannot move forward. The same night, I did my research on the internet and a was able to see the igniter lighting but i had to try multiple times which eventually lit the heater. Next day I spoke the owner who goes by name scott. I understood this guy was arrogant MF. I asked him for cost of repairs to which he said he would give me a call in couple hours which he didnt. I called him after few hours and gave me a estimate of $600. When I asked him about the experience his technicians have, he boasted that they are certified. I highly doubt they have any experience. He got annoyed and hung the call understanding that it was this conversation was going other way. Dont get trapped in such fraud service providers. they cheat people and take your money for free. Update - your technician was not even able to do the basic job which i was able to do. And you call yourself freaking certified. You couldn't even respond to my question and hung the call. That proves how genuine you are at certifying your work. Check your business reviews from other customers first. Lol pathetic read more

Terrible experience. Never showed after waiting 3 hours. Rude customer service. very unprofessional

Worse service ever !! I was not able to use my bathroom or showers for 3 days Worker blamed the city , city checked on there side and everything was good, then premium plumbing recommended to run a camera down my line that there's a possible breakage which would run me $250 which my insurance didn't cover so I would have to pay out of pocket ... so I called the plumber who was recommended to me last time DC plumbing and repair 650-716-3798 and they were able to fix my issue In 30 min! I contacted my Home warrant company for leaking faucet and they sent what seemed to be a new technician to change them. Guy took more than two hours to replace one faucet and ended up making a hole on my tile. Called the company and said it wasn't them. I asked for a manager and he never called me. I sent them picture and to this days they have not contacted me. I will never use or refer them. read more

The service tech was late and after asking the customer service representative for a realistic timeframe, she would not give me a serious response and just said later. A few minutes later I received a call from AHS informing me that the appointment was canceled and that I would have to schedule with a different company. This is all after taking a day off to have the tech come out for what should have been a few minute job. Awful customer service. read more

Premium Plumbing was connected to us through our home warranty. Our laundry room flooded multiple times while doing laundry. everything was tightened, but we could not not figure out the problem The water travel into our coat closet and caused mold to build up. Ishmael came out today and was very helpful. he figured out the problem right away and screwed the water pipe so it doesn't move. he also called our home warranty company to discuss about the potential mold issue so they can send someone to test the wall. This company is highly recommended and make sure to request for Ishmael. He is very nice and very knowledgeable. And he does an excellent job! read more

I had put out a Yelp project request for the repairs I needed done on my house. Scott replied immediately and sent out a technician (Anthony) the same day. At the end of the day, my issues were resolved in a timely manner and the work was completed within budget. Thank you for working so hard to help your community! read more

My water heater went out, and my home warranty company initially set me up with another company that told me they couldn't do the job and had to switch it to another company. Their second choice was Premium Plumbing & Drain, and I am very satisfied with both of the technicians that came out to service my house. They were very professional and prompt, and now I have a brand new shiny hot water heater. Shout out to both techs, Anthony and Anthony! (they are both named Anthony lol). If I ever need plumbing work done, I will definitely use Premium Plumbing & Drain again, thanks guys! read more

Ricky and Scott showed up today to do some home warranty work. They were great. Good communication, professional and went above and beyond what they had to do per the work order. Typically, home warranty claims are exhausting and are full of time consuming processes that cost the home owner days off work but these guys got the work done the same day they got claim. read more

Purchased a new home and found out our main drain had seen better days. After several quotes from other plumbers. Scott (owner) gave us a reasonable quote with assurance that his work would not disturb to much of every day life at the house. See with a special needs son at home all day we need to have a functional bathroom to care for him. Premium Plumbing & Drain kept in constant contact with us as work progressed. Steve and the crew at Premium Plumbing & Drain were very considerate of our needs as they worked making sure to communicate when not able to use the plumbing and cleaned up making sure work site was safe. Thank you Scott, Steve, Ashley and crew you guys are amazing!!! read more

Update: I thought they had fixed the problem. But after we closed up the wall and a few months later we noticed the wall showing signs of moisture. We called our warranty company AHS and they said that since it had been 5 months since the repair, it would take a new call charge. So they sent a new plumbing contractor and when they opened up the wall, the last repair was spraying out water from faulty soldering. There was excessive gobs of used solder on the ground. The new technician, and my own knowledge, indicates improper repair. This is what happens when you solder or sweat a water line and it's wet. The solder won't hold very well so they just kept adding solder until it held, which obviously didn't last very long. Now we have extensive damage to my wall and floor and AHS contract says they don't cover secondary damage, which is BS, and that they are not liable for the faulty work from their vendor. But we didn't hire the contractor nor do we have any paperwork or contract with these guys. So can someone please tell me what recourse we have? read more

We've had a drain and faucet issue with our bathtub in our master bedroom. We contacted our home owners insurance who had us set up an appointment with Premium Plumbing & Drain. The plumber came out, assessed and diagnosed the situation and simply told my wife that he would place an order for the parts. After 2 weeks, we never heard anything so I decided to call my home owners insurance to check on the progress. According to Old Republic, they were told by the plumbing company that "we," ( my wife and I) tried to fix it ourselves. I WISH I had plumbing experience so that I could attempt to fix it myself but that was NEVER THE CASE!!' And we were told that the parts were being ordered! I had to call my home owners insurance just to find out what was going on! So frustrating!!!! I would NEVER EVER recommend this company!!!!! read more

They send very inexperienced workers. Stay away. I would not recommend them at all. A 30 minute job is taking days. After expressing my discomfort I was cussed out and threatened and told I was not a plumber and didnt know what I was talking about. They honestly deserve to be shut down. ZERO STARS read more

Jose came out and he was kind and put 100 ft snake in mainline but that didn't fix it he explained that its on the city's side but he will talk with boss and see what to do next the boss Scott spoke to me and was super honest and said before spending my money on doing 300 ft. snake with them to try and call city of Lathrop and gave me number city came out and said it was a crack on their side Scotts honesty saved me about 525 dollars he could if been dishonest and ripped me off .Praying that their honesty blesses them with lots of business!!!! read more

Our upstairs bathtub was leaking into the garage. Steve, our technician, came out and it was an easy fix. He was very professional, polite, and competent. If you get assigned to them through your warranty company then be prepared to be f-ed over. I don't think you will get their time of day after they get their diagnosis fee. You will never see or hear from them again unless you are paying out of pocket. Also, cancel your warranty. It's an elaborate scam. read more

So good! I submitted a request for service to our Home Warranty and they connected us to Premium Plumbing. We had a leak in the garage and couldn't tell where it was coming from. I got a call from their office the following morning and their tech, Edgar, was here within an hour to evaluate the situation. He was very thorough with his inspection and testing. He needed to cut into the drywall in order to see the pipe he suspected was leaking and asked for approval before doing so. He confirmed the leak, went to pick up the parts he needed and fixed the leak right then. We really didn't expect to have someone come look so soon, let alone to solve the problem right away. Lucky for us, Premium Plumbing was very quick to respond so our home didn't end up with any major damage from the leak. They were amazing to work with, very professional and did a great job. Would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs! Thank you Edgar for being so awesome! read more

Great response time. They came out and did a thorough assessment of what needed to be done, including checking the pipes under the house. Couldn't complete it all in one day due to unexpected find. You guys sent someone who showed up in their own personal vehicle. Did not inspect where water was leaking, did not turn on water period. Walked in the bathroom and basically walked out. He stated he was going to get parts called me after n said my home warranty didn't cover and asked for money. Interesting fact cause the other plumber (my home warranty) sent out got the job done, which happened to be covered. You guys suck and are unprofessional PERIOD! Like I said, the guy you sent out was lazy. POINT BLANK PERIOD! read more

Similar to other one star review, I received a big estimate bill stating that can go up in the $2k range (need to cut a hole on the stucco and fix the drain line, and that I should contact insurance company for possible coverage etc. I quickly got a second shop to help fix the problem with a much reasonable cost. I would caution people to get a second opinion if they can. read more

Anthony was excellent and he was fast and efficient! Would really recommend this company!

Garbage disposal started leaking on a Sunday so I put it out there to yelp. premium plumbing offered me the same disposal with the same level of power as the one I already had instead of suggesting a lower level. I had a very small window the next day and they were able to accommodate and did so on time. I even threw in that when i was shutting off my kitchen valve, that too leaked, which was new info given. Anthony was very nice and did a great job. Thank you so much. read more

Steve came to our unit yesterday afternoon to check out our water heater. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got the ball rolling on coordinating a replacement for our water heater. Since we had been out of hot water for a few days, we asked the team if there was anything they could do to get us set up with a new water heater on the same day. Lo and behold, Steve & Anthony came back later that day with a water heater picked up just a few minutes before the shop closed. They were very respectful and took great care to keep us safe and inform us of their progress. We were very appreciative to be able to take a hot shower that night. Thank you very much to the Premium Plumbing team - Ashley, Steve, and Anthony - for making this happen and getting the job done expediently! I highly recommend the Premium Plumbing team. read more

We had a plumbing issue on OCTOBER 2022. There was a slow leak in our upstairs shower so we called our home insurance company and they sent out PREMIUM PLUMBING to our house. The plumber checked out the issue and said it was an easy fix. He made a big hole behind the shower to access the pipes and next thing you know our ceiling downstairs is leaking from the vent. Our bathroom was flooded including part of our bedroom that was carpeted. Our ceiling and wall downstairs had big water stains and everything needed to be dried and repaired. I called Safeco insurance to get the repair done and even though we hd a deductible of $5000, we had them come in and do the repair because we had no choice. All PREMIUM PLUMBING did to help was bring in 2 fans to help dry the carpets. The manager that I talked to said that their insurance would take care of everything. Now, it's APRIL 2022, 6 months after and the issue still hasn't been resolved. Safeco insurance has been in contact with Their insurance company but they have yet to reimburse us for the damages. It's their plumbers fault that our house was damaged so it's only right that they pay for the repairs. read more

My water main was leaking at the joint between the copper pipe and PVC just outside the house. The office staff, Crystal and Ashley, are very patient and understanding. They immediately scheduled my job for the next day. Plumbers, Oscar and Jose, were very detail oriented and thorough. They did a meticulous job replacing the exterior copper pipe and fittings. Not very many plumbers tackle the soldering and copper pipe work. They took their time and did not rush. They treated my house like theirs. Tickled pink with their work. Would highly recommend.
