Called regarding a leaky kitchen sink & bathtub faucet. An appointment was scheduled for the next morning. Daniel was great at explaining the expected costs and Anthony, the plumber who came out, called to verify repairs before proceeding. The repair were completed on a rental, so I wasn't present, but Anthony took pictures to accompany his service notes. Incredible follow through IMO. Would absolutely recommend. read more

Daniel with Johnson Plumbing was very professional. He got right to it and fixed my line block quickly. He then snaked another line that was effected and ran multiple tests to make sure all was fixed. I called that morning at 8 am and by 2 pm it was fixed and tested. Our needs were well-addressed. This was Juan's latest visit, after a series of visits to assess our R-O filter's failing performance and replace parts as needed. Fortunately, he explained what to look for next, if the problem continued. We called when we noticed the problem again, and the part was ordered. While waiting for that part, the water softener failed. Juan was pleasant and did a fine job replacing the last part of the R-O unit, and installing a new water softener at the same visit. Last July we had Johnson Plumbing come out and fix a problem we were having with our HVAC. The guys that came out did an excellent job and were able to diagnose and fix the problem right away. My husband had this company saved in his phone and he went on the website to book an appointment last week and somehow redirected to another company that charged quite a bit for a new water heater. My guess it was ad from a company out of Modesto and he thought he booked with Johnson Plumbing. Darn, I wished we could have booked with Johnson Plumbing. read more

This company has been in business for decades, and you will not find a more reputable, honest, friendly, and professional company anywhere. They're not cheap, but they're also not outrageously expensive like some of these corporately-owned plumbing companies whose owners don't live in the area. On the other hand, you get what you pay for. We had to have a leaking faucet valve replaced, and it ran about $200. The technician, Isaiah, was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Worth the cost when you consider the time, money and hassle involved running to the hardware store and buying all the necessary tools and parts, and then getting frustrated as you try to fix it. Plus these guys know what to look for in case there are other problems that might crop up down the road. read more
