Doesn't provide septic tank pumping, so I can't really review them on the work performed, but their customer service is on point. Clear, and up front about their prices. The receptionist was not sure if they provided septic pumping, so she grabbed my information and told me a technician would call me. I was surprised to hear back from him so quickly, and he referred me to a pumping service. I have dealt with other plumbing companies, and it's always crappy customer service and returning calls a day or two later when they are performing a job for you. The owner, who knew he wasnt going to get a job from me, still took time to give me a call and guide me to where I can get this service done. (Got multiple quotes and no one came close) They showed up the next morning (a Saturday) with the new water heater, lines, etc. Install was professional and done with attention to detail. -They even cleaned the area around the heater and removed a decade of dust and cobwebs. After receiving four different estimates for a gas line installation, I decided to go with MCM Plumbing. Mike came out and installed a gas line for my gas stove. He had to install over 24 feet of pipe in the attic then brought it down between the wall behind my stove. His estimated cost was less than half of what the other plumbing companies estimated. I am normally a very skeptical person but Mike was honest and at no time did I feel like I was being sold something I did not need. Had mike the owner come out on a Saturday to help me with a hot water slab leak. Everyone wanted to jackhammer the concrete and do new piping. Mike suggested that I do rerouting into the attic instead. When he opened up the wall he found that the leak was coming from the pipe that was going to the kitchen sink. So he just capped off the hot water pipe to the sink. Worked out pretty well for me since I was more concerned about having hot water to take a shower than hot water at the sink. After that was done he provided me different options to fix the broken hot water pipe that led to the sink for a later time. I will definitely have him do the work again. Very knowledgeable guy and didn't try to get me to spend a million bucks to fix the problem. read more

Was professional about answering my questions, and, gave me some suggestions (how could that benefit him). The job was a leak in my main water line to my house.
