Kelly came out the same day we had an issue with our septic system! It was actually within 45 minutes of my call. He took the time to talk to us about problems and solutions, and proper maintenance of our septic system. Our tank ended up not needing to be pumped at all. Instead of withholding that info and charging us for a pumping that we didn't need, he told us where the real issue was (in the plumbing between the house and septic). Sequoia Pumping was quick to respond and schedule a time to come clean out my septic tank, even though it was just routine maintenance, not an emergency. When they came out they seemed to really know their stuff. I had read of horror stories of people using other septic pumping companies where things went wrong (breaking things or charging more than their quote), or technicians didn't properly clean everything out, so I was very happy to see everything went the way I expected. They were very quick in locating, digging down to, and cleaning out the tank. All the while the technicians happily and completely answered all of my questions about how everything was working. They saw I had some roots coming in the corners of the inlets, and made sure to remove everything they could, and then gave me advice on maintenance based on what they saw in my tank and the time since my last cleaning. They even gave me a nice sketch of where my tank was relative to my house. I was very happy with the service, and plan to go back to them the next time my septic tank needs servicing. read more

Amazing skill and professionalism! I am grateful for the prompt service call and the way these men handled themselves. Kelly sent these guys out to take care of both of the septic tanks on our property. Jess and Rey found the tanks with their water probe, accurately and quickly. They knew exactly what they were doing and were able to access the tank ports easily. While the tanks were being pumped they gave us some good advice on future maintenance and wrapped up the call by accurately mapping the access port/hatch on their report for future service calls.
