The others would not give me even a vague ballpark figure of how much it would cost or how quickly they can fix it without coming to my house. Goode Plumbing took the time to let me explain everything, I send a couple pictures, they provided me with a ball park idea of cost. I understood that it could change once his crew arrived due to my explanation and other things that may change the estimate. They fixed it and stayed at the quote. There was a little misunderstanding, but they were willing to take care of it, however I was able to take care of it on my own. I do not feel as intimidated by my plumbing as I did before this incident. They took the time to explain so many things to me.

They told me that because this home builder glued everything, I would need a plumber and quietly recommended this place. I placed a call and Angel came out the next morning. Showed him both problems, the other being an overflow issue with the dishwasher. He told me how to fix that issue and within 30 minutes sent a quote. If he had to fix both issues, there was a $100 discount for multiple projects. Fortunately I fixed the dishwasher issue, so they only needed to fix one which saved me over $150. Being home more I was also worried we were putting a strain on it. Reached out as they were near us and offered a fair price to come out. Initially they were just going to pump but after my husband and I had trouble finding the top, they happily helped us out with digging (fee extra to dig out but worth it because now we know). They showed up early even and only took about an hour from start to finish. Bobby and his wife were super helpful and even with my very curious preschooler around they did a great job explaining what I should look out for and proper care. We could have probably gone a bit longer without the pump, but I am now happy we will have another 3-5 years without having to worry.

Our realtor, Bennie Clay, referred us to this 24-hour plumbing service and they really saved the…read moreday! We discovered a small leak in the wall behind our tankless water heater and like any new homeowner, freaked out. We called PR Plumbing and they told they send out someone out between 4 and 6 PM. At 4:10, Eric showed up and within minutes, he was 90% sure what the issue was. Turns out he was spot on and fixed the issue within a few hours. The issue? - When installing tankless water heaters into new builds, sometimes the plumbers do not fully clamp the copper piping to the PVC pipe tight enough causing a very very slow leaks. Over time and use it gets worse. When I asked how long he thought this had been leaking for he said, "probably shortly after the completion of the home in 2019" Say what?! Luckily we were home when the leak really gave away. Can you imagine if we went on vacation during the Christmas holiday? PR plumbing charges about $135 an hour, which includes labor, but not parts needed. I thought that was a pretty stellar rate! All together we were just under $300 total for the job.
