However, he took the time to listen to the problem (Leaking main). He added me to his schedule very quickly. He knew that I was very stressed out and worried about the situation. His crew came out and took care of everything. The service was professional, friendly, and affordable. The difference between Goode Plumbing and others that I called.... The others would not give me even a vague ballpark figure of how much it would cost or how quickly they can fix it without coming to my house. Goode Plumbing took the time to let me explain everything, I send a couple pictures, they provided me with a ball park idea of cost. I understood that it could change once his crew arrived due to my explanation and other things that may change the estimate. They fixed it and stayed at the quote. There was a little misunderstanding, but they were willing to take care of it, however I was able to take care of it on my own. I do not feel as intimidated by my plumbing as I did before this incident. They took the time to explain so many things to me.

They were right on time, professional, really great at explaining what they were doing (even providing information on a plumbing need we have in the future) and super friendly. If he had to fix both issues, there was a $100 discount for multiple projects. Fortunately I fixed the dishwasher issue, so they only needed to fix one which saved me over $150.
