When the filters are changed it's amazing how much deposit is on the filters. We had some issues a few years ago regarding tank placement and Culligan worked with us to resolve the problem and was fair about the pricing. Because of the nitrates in our water we also use their bottled water. Previously we had Primo, then Sparklets. We then switched to Culligan. My husband is a chemist and spoke at length with Sepp regarding the reverse osmosis system that they use for filtering of the drinking water. Their methodology is outstanding. Their water tastes so good compared to the other providers - the only way I can describe it is to say it tastes so clean! Our service delivery men are great. Rudy delivers our bottled water. Both hubby and I are in retired and have health issues. Lifting the heavy bottles is a problem. When Rudy comes he always is so pleasant and has a kind greeting. He places the bottles close to the door so all I have to do is roll them in. No lifting. Thank you Rudy for being so professional and kind. RJ delivers our filtration tanks. Always has a smile and a pleasant greeting. He reaches out to let us know he's coming - so the gate is open. He does a great job and leaves everything in order. If we have a questions, he is responsive or follows up if he is uncertain. Sepp, we appreciate the team you have and we are so lucky to have Rudy and RJ service our home. I also like the fact they have a punch card rewards where after the 9th one you get one for free. They also have other services there listed on the business card. Owner was nice and told me about it. I already have two punches. The price of one gallon for the alkaline water is $2. But they have a special if you get 3 gallons it's $5 and if u get 5 gallons it's $8. Nice!

He said you could come in next time and pay me later. I was like, "Wow, you're going to trust me to do that?" So luckily, I pulled out my wallet; I had like $12 in cash with me that would cover my 7 empty bottles of water. The owner also gave me a sample of his water, and I noticed a difference in taste and quality compared to other places. Also, he gave me a membership card; if you accumulate enough, they will give you a free 5 gallon on the house. What other water places do that? I loved supporting a friendly and welcoming establishment. As you can see, I'm a bit of a water bottle snob, and his water is nice and crisp, so he got my vote.
