DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I called for an estimate and was given a fair price, so I agreed to hire them. They told me the job would be cheaper if I removed the wall myself, which I did the day before the scheduled work. The technician (Duane) was supposed to come and finish the job two days before Christmas, but no one showed up. When I called, they said they couldn't reach the technician. Scott and team were terrific! My back yard flooded after heavy rains. I knew the drain line out to the street was clogged, but the piping is really confusing. I had used Valley View in the past and they did good work, so I called last week when I needed a drain unclogged. I asked if he was planning on wearing a mask while in the house. He said no, he could not wear a mask while working. Doctors perform brain surgery while wearing a mask, how could it hinder you in snaking a sink drain? The Coronavirus is killing people right now, so I am amazed that he would even consider coming into my house without a mask, given that he is visiting multiple homes during the day. I called another plumber who not only wore a mask, he also did good work. If you are concerned for your health, or life, try someone else. read more

Our sink plugged up and called them to fix it. They came out today and despite some difficult situation they were able to fix the problem. Just wanted to say thank you and to that young lady and young man that cleared the blocked drain, they were very professional. Their personalities and drive to resolve the issue is to be commended . Scott came out to remedy a mess that was caused by Noble Plumbing. The cold water knob in the bathtub was leaking greatly, we had to turn the water main off! He was friendly, worked efficiently, and wore a mask. He remedied the problem by replacing the wrong parts Noble Plumbing installed. The knob no longer spun around, The faucet works properly now. The rates are extremely reasonable. We would recommend Scott to any one. read more

Not sure what happened with this company, but they aren't the company I used in the past. I asked for an estimate on some work, the guy came by and looked, then left saying he give me an estimate the next day. 9 days later never heard back? Maybe they're to busy.
