Very inconsiderate as a person. I asked him to drive slower on our property as we have dogs that he almost hit, and his response was "I have dogs too, they can move". Not someone you want near your home. He's not even working for me, he's working for my landlord, and it has caused a lot of problems. Drive your truck slower and be more considerate to the people you're around. Some peoples dogs are their kids, and coming onto property driving very fast is so dangerous. read more

I arranged for a garbage disposal installation through Lowes. Orlando arrived to do the work and assessed the items I had purchased. A few things I didn't need as he was able to reuse existing materials. This saved me some money as I can now return them. He installed the disposal and then we agreed to snake the drain, at an additional cost, since water was draining slower than it should. Had Orlando come check out a tankless water heater. Luckily it was still under Manufacture warranty. Orlando didn't want to drive to go get the tankless water heater In Sacramento in his Company vehicle. Had me drive my personal vehicle while he sat in the passenger seat for a total drive time of 3 hrs . He did maybe an hour worth a work and still charged me a full day of work after I spent gas money to get the equipment. At the end of the service he hit my vehicle when he was backing up . Called several places to swap out my old leaking water heater with a new one. A few places said they could do it but they would have to come out and inspect first and there would be a $50 fee. Others didn't charge a fee but wouldn't be able to come until a few days later. Finally, called Martinez Plumbing and left a message. Carlos, the owner, called me back within 1/2 hour and said he could do the job the next day and would only charge me a flat fee of $375 (a total steal compared to one guy who was going to charge me $1,300!). When Carlos came the next day, he was very patient and answered all my questions. He explained everything he was going to do. In the end, he did a great job with the removal and install.
