Avery plumbing was fair priced and got the work done quick. I found that since we didn't have a large project he wasn't mindful of our appointment times & his excuse was his very large other more important projects. I expressed some work he did we were not happy with and he said he would fix it but hasn't gotten back to us even two weeks later. I was a bit surprised they didn't wipe down the tub after doing the work , when we've had other work done in our house the technicians always leave it wiped down / clean how they found it. I also wish him and his employees had booties. He had to tell his apprentices several times to watch their mouths & I agree, my almost 90 year old grandmother doesn't want to hear profanity early in the morning and neither do I. Overall if you have a large project he will prioritize you but if it's something simple I would look elsewhere . read more

Called them at 10am, said they would show up between 12pm-2pm, showed and was ready to go. i tried replacing my garbage disposal on my own, thought i had it! well it leaked so i called them and they were able to come and fix the problem. Just had to post another review on John's service: he came out again for a problem about four days after he'd been here to fix a water flow problem. This time, it was for a hose that was leaking, so totally unrelated to the water flow problem and it wasn't caused by his previous visit; however, John came back, saw the problem immediately, fixed it and did not charge us for the visit even though he should have. I called Avery Plumbing on a Friday for a broken toilet water filler and Avery Plumbing came out that same day and fixed the problem. They were polite and cleaned up and put my bathroom decor back exactly how they found it. I mentioned my hot water heater was clunking and needed to be flushed. After discussing the issue, I decided to replace the hot water heater and Joe came out the very next day and installed a brand new 50 gallon tank. It's a beauty! No more clunking! Our toilet was leaking from the bottom and it turns out our flange was installed incorrectly from the builder. Joe was easy to get ahold of and came out the next day to help us out. He also fixed an issue with a leaking bathtub drain and fixed another issue the builder did wrong (switching the hot and cold). While there he installed a new sink for us too.
