Brian was extremely helpful! It took about 2 hours to fix a plumbing issue with my washer. He replaced piping inside the wall and under the house. He made sure to test it and noticed a leak on the first test then made some adjustments and retested it. No more leaks!! Brian was thorough, fast, and kind! You can definitely trust this service! Alex came out and within minutes found the issue, yet another plumber that had replumbed our house made some major mistakes in the work. On 9/29/24, Justin from Noble came out to install a toilet flange riser. He looked at it and told me it would be between $450 and $550. I felt that was a very high price but a toilet is a necessity. It took him 2 hours from start to finish, but over an hour of that time, he was out buying parts at a Home Depot that is only 7 miles away. I was surprised that he didn't have parts with him considering this is a very common plumbing problem, plus I told them what I needed over the phone when I made the appointment and specifically said that I was telling them so he could show up with parts. When he was done, he advised that the amount due was $490.00. I asked what their labor rate is, he said $250/hr. It seemed really high so I asked if it was because it was Saturday. He said "No, that's our regular rate". So I was charged for two hours of which most of that time was spent on his trip to Home Depot 7 miles away. I paid him. As he processed the transaction on his phone, I asked if I would receive a detailed receipt. He assured me I would receive a detailed receipt in an email as soon as he finished creating it. It is now a day later and I have not received anything. Very disappointing. So in short: 1) So far the toilet is functional. 2) Justin was a pretty nice guy. 3) Price for the job was awfully high. I feel the job should have been 1/2 that amount because he should have had the necessary parts. I feel gouged. 4) The worst part is that I have not received a receipt for my $490.00!! I will update regarding the lack of a receipt. read more

Our first night at our new home and major back up. Alex was dispatched to our home within 30 minutes and Alex went over and beyond to get everything fixed. Alex took the time to search for sewer line outside in the pouring rain. Unfortunately the outside line wasn't getting cleaned enough and had to come into the house with his machine. I was calling the first plumbing service team at 12:35 p.m and they didn't take any schedule until 2:20 p.m and I called another plumbing service team and they will be taken the service with tide schedule without any schedule. They will charge $125 and the technician will charge again when he saw a part which he changed. The pipe has to change 7" and the guy said $375. I thought I paid $125 for office fee and I have to pay another $250 with fine. I didn't ask any bargains or discounts. Finally, the guy said $375 for repaired and office fee $125 total $500 for 30 minutes. I was very upset on that amount and I think not reasonable price for that. They charged an emergency repairs and I never expected on that amount. Think about it, $500 for 30 minutes!!! Shame on you guys!!! Shame on you... 7 inches copper pipe for $500... but thank you for your help Justin!!! read more

We had a leak in an outdoor pipe and were frantically trying to find a plumber to turn off the water and fix the repair. Noble plumbing came out quickly, turned off the water and provided a quote. A second vendor came out and quoted almost double the price for the same repair. My neighbor agreed to let us use their water, which NP suggested and hooked up for us while repairs took place. We called on a Sunday about our leaking water heater and was happy to talk to a real person. He gave us a great quote and explained all the particulars involved in replacing it and the permit process. We wanted to get comparable quotes so we waited until Monday at 9am to call Noble plumbing back and they sent out a technician by 10:30. Our technician, Vince Bernal, was very polite and honored the quote and we agreed to go ahead. Well to our surprise he brought a water heater with him in his van. He was able to install the new one within an hour and took the old one away. He also upgraded our connections and advised us on good upkeep.
