Critical: Value I accidentally flushed a small cleaning rag. Hired them to retrieve it. Toilet was still operable. They inserted a toilet auger. No rag retrieved. They changed me $169 for 5 minute labor. I feel that I was scammed. They even tried to persuade me into making additional repairs that were not even needed for more money. I said no, the toilet is not even clogged. I don't recommend their service. I feel they are not honest. read more
