Where do I begin... I did what most people do and started a quote on Yelp. At 7:25pm I received all these generic responses and then Eric's phone call came through within 7 minutes of my request for quotes. I explained semi what was wrong (because what do I really know ) and what I needed help with. Eric said I can come tonight, I'll get gas and I'm on my way. When I tell you I could have cried with happiness. Not only did he show up so timely he listened patiently to my husband explaining what he thought he knew (sorry husband). Told us the game plan and off he went. Within two hours and a half hours from my request he was done and on his way. I'm so impressed with this company! I had a 100 amp breaker burn on my renters. Eric was straightforward with me. He told me what he would charge me $150 to come out and trouble shoot the problem and would apply this fee to any work performed. Unfortunately, the part had to be specially ordered but he kept me on the loop until he received the part and installed it. He sent me photos before he started and sent me photos after he was done because I live out of state. I would highly recommend him because I feel he is honest and takes pride on his work. I had called another electrician before him, but he kept telling me he was the best and not to bother calling anybody else because he was the best. ERX Services was a pleasure to work with. I searched Yelp for an electrician. ERX was one of the first to reply. Others did reply quickly also and gave repair estimates with no knowledge of what needed to be done. I believe Eric explained repairs all the right way UP FRONT!!! He came to my home on time and was able to diagnose my issues quickly. He did a great Job. He cleaned up after himself. I've worked with others who did the job and left a mess behind. Fast, friendly, and fair priced! I needed to have the spigot in my front yard repaired because there was more water spraying from that than was coming out of the end of the hose. It was a quick fix, and we were both surprised at the amount of corrosion that had occurred. He offered a quick fix or to fix it where the spigot was set higher, so I wouldn't have to bend over. I took the cheaper quick fix option and had a lovely conversation with a very nice & intelligent man. I will definitely use ERX for my plumbing needs. The company also does electrical & HVAC. I saw Eric's business on Yelp and messaged him on a late Saturday night regarding my water heater. He called me less than 5 minutes after the request and let me know that he can come to my house the next day to check it out. While we were on the phone he gave me quotes and let me know he would be able to replace it if needed. Unfortunately we did have to replace the water heater, and Eric disposed of my old one and replaced a new one in two hours. He is friendly, efficient, and customer service is top notch!
