I had a fantastic experience with George. He was professional, efficient, and clearly very skilled at what he does. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the job with great attention to detail. He even returned another day to ensure that the final detail was fully taken care of. I told George that safety was my top concern, and he took the time to walk me through every step of the process. My home now meets code standards, and all the electrical outlets that had broken faceplates--or weren't working at all--were fully repaired. I had an issue with my oven not powering on so I reached out to an appliance technician who told me the wiring was at fault so I would have to reach out to an electrician. I was immediately concerned knowing how pricey that kind of work can be. George from Service King Electric was the first company to respond and even offered to come out on a weekend evening if it was an emergency. He arrived promptly while I was at work and my wife was home alone. He was able to go above and beyond and not only fix my wiring issue but also repaired a separate outlet in the kitchen!! He explained all the work that was needed to my wife and made her feel comfortable with him being there and doing the work. He wrapped up all the work extremely quickly and stuck to his initial quoted price. That alone is worth 5 stars but George really exemplified what customer service is when he called me in the evening after the repairs were done to tell me he noticed a gas smell coming from my PGE meters. He stressed the severity and danger it is to have such a leak. I contacted PGE promptly and he was absolutely dead on! They were able to fix the leak and even said George may have saved our home. I am eternally grateful that there are still skilled tradesmen with strong morals that care about the people they help.
