Greg was great and the only knock I had was after the fact. Greg gave me a quote and completed the job professionally. My mistake was I made an assumption without clarifying in advance. I recommend you clearly explain your requirements before the quote and job is done. I would call Greg in the future if I need help. read more

Greg and his team are very professional, competent and hard working. Greg was able to prepare an estimate and it came in on time (actually early) and on budget. We are very happy with the results and we will be happy to refer him to other's that need electric service. He also took important safety steps to make sure there was no active electricity where he was working. The final product after the work was completed was exactly what we had in mind and we will certainly use him again. read more

i was looking for a local electrician who wouldn't want to charge me just for coming to check out the situation. I had two jobs in mind, one was for adding a 240V junction box for a planned induction stove top. Due to the structure of the wall, it would have been very expensive, and Greg recommended me to wait and do it only as I remodel the kitchen. The other job was a non-functioning exterior outlet that was hard to diagnose because of a cut wire. Greg was very diligent and fixed it on the spot at a fair price, parts and labor. He is very knowledgeable about his trade and also gave me excellent advice on other electrical issues. I highly recommend Greg for all electrical work in a home. read more

Got my EV charger installed today. Greg and his partner did a great job on the install. Nice and clean hardwired and all. If you need any electrical job. Greg is the man to go to. read more

Greg rocks! On Fathers Day my smoke detectors starting chirping and I thought I was going to live with that until Monday. I contacted Greg along with a few other electricians and he came right over on a Sunday holiday knowing how awful that is. 3 days later and two have not even gotten back to me yet! He worked fast, within the estimate (no holiday or rush upcharge!) and when he realized there were better alarms than what I bought, he went to Home Depot himself to assure we had the right ones! I would give him 10 stars if I could! read more

Greg had the lowest price by far of all the electricians that contacted me. He was able to come out the next day to complete my project (replace ceiling fan with light). His service was outstanding. read more

New to Brentwood and being a homeowner. We've got lots of projects to take care of but the one thing that had to get done ASAP was take down and replace a rather ugly (in my opinion anyway) ceiling fan that was in the center of our living room and replace it with a modern looking light fixture. It was so super important to get a reliable electrician since this is the center of our home and one of the first things you see when you walk in. Greg was very responsive from letting us know how to measure our ceiling height, to providing a bid and then scheduling an appointment. The chandelier we chose was not an easy installation-not only was it going to hang from a high sloped ceiling, but it also had a complicated design. Greg arrived exactly on time during his appointment window and did an amazing job. As you can see from the pictures, making this piece look level and dealing with the way it hangs was not easy! He also took a look at some other work we're considering but not ready for yet, which was truly above and beyond. 100% recommend him for your electric needs. Support local Brentwood businesses! Thanks to Greg and his partner for installing my chandelier today. He came in earlier than the scheduled appointment and was able to complete the job in an hour. He even checked the connection to one of my room ceiling fan because I wanted to install another light fixture. He discovered that the wiring connection was done incorrectly and recommended to rewire when he comes back from his vacation. Overall I gave Greg 5 stars for his work! read more

After contacting so many other electricians who either flaked or showed up and couldn't do the job- Greg was there to do the damn thing. He was responsive in a timely manner and was very reasonable in terms of pricing. He hung my huge light fixture on my 20' ceiling (probably higher). He didn't charge me an arm and leg for the scaffolding rental- other electricians wanted to charge me at an unreasonable price. Gave me a quote via text; other electricians wanted an on site quote. And he was able to squeeze me in before the holiday! It took longer to set up the scaffolding than it did to actually hang up the fixture but all in all, I'm super happy with the results. Definitely won't be the last time I'll do be doing work with Greg. His reliability is top notch. Thank you Greg! read more

Greg (and Jared!) didn't just install a chandelier for me...they created a work of art! Thanks to them, I now love my formal living room and feel as though I've walked into a fancy hotel lobby every time I walk through my front door! Greg was very responsive from the beginning, and I only had to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment. He and Jared not only arrived on time on installation day, but 15 minutes early. The job and actual chandelier itself that I presented to them were complex and by no means straightforward. To further complicate things, the ceiling I was asking them to install it on is 15 feet tall and slanted. I wouldn't have blamed them if they had walked right back out the door!! However, a quick two hours later the job was totally done (a dimmer switch was also installed during that short period of time), everything had been cleaned up, and I was left a VERY happy customer! The final product was exactly what I hoped it would be, and actually exceeded my expectations. Greg's rates are VERY reasonable for the quality of work provided. I 100% recommend Greg's Electric, and will absolutely be using them for all of my future electrical needs. read more

My wife and I had an electrical outlet in the kitchen that melted when the crock pot was plugged in. We needed it repaired but also wanted to make sure there was no potential for electrical fires. We called Greg on a Sunday, and he responded immediately and was at our home within an hour. He fixed the problem in no time at all and was able to reassure us that there was no future risk of fire. I called several electricians. Greg answered. I explained my electrical problem. I couldn't get a breaker to reset. Greg took the time to coach me on how to reset my breaker. He could've easily said "I'll be right there." And charged me for resetting my breaker. Instead he talked me through it for free. Free advice and instruction. He could've taken my money. But instead he helped me out. Very trustworthy. Thank you! Jeff read more

Met Greg in the electrical aisle at Home Depot. I was struggling with a solution to my home electrical problem. He offered his expertise on the spot. We made an arrangement for him to come out to my house the next day. (He basically shoved me into his schedule). On time and over delivered at a lower than bid price. Excellent service. I will use Greg again.

Well it was 3 years since I worked Greg, I called back then, he was on Vacation in Hawaii, and was able to take of my issue via phone. Didn't cost me a dime. Called again with electrical outlet problems since I moved in to my home, always suspected the previous resident had done some do it yourself repairs (very amateur) Anyway, got an appointment setup within 1 day. Greg and Jared arrived, after the greeting with our dog, they went right to work. Have to say their troubleshooting expertise is impressive. Quickly moving on to the next step to solve the problem, I watched Greg & Jared work together like a symphony. 2 hours later, all fixed. His prices are very reasonable. You can't go wrong if you call Greg's Electric. Friendly with a smile!!!! read more

Greg came on a short 24 hr notice to trouble shoot and repair a shorting wire issue in our bathroom wall. We had some minor electrical issues with our 80 yr old house before a major primary bathroom remodeling job. We thought the remodeling rewiring would take care of it. Not so!! Greg was so patience and careful in analyzing our wiring problem. He was so honest and went the extra mile to save us a lot of money by suggesting that we repair it from the insides walls rather than cut through the exterior house walls to do the rewiring. Greg rewired the broken old line and replaced it with new wiring and ground the whole system in three hours. He is so easy to talk to and very honest. What a great electrician in our area!! Thank you Greg. read more

Greg responded to my initial text immediately, and gave me an extremely reasonable price to replace and hang a light fixture on a vaulted ceiling. Other service providers were priced much higher. Greg was able to set up an appointment within the week. He came with another associate (Jared), and they were both able to get the light installed quickly and without any problems. Very professional, knowledgeable, and customer focused as they met my wife's specific request at the height that she wanted the light hung.
