This guy comes out to my house because half of the power in my daughters room wasn't working and he has the nerve to ask my husband to run up and down the stairs over and over to help him. (and not just a couple of times! ) And he still couldn't find the problem. Called Zapp Electric today and they came over and found the problem within 10 minutes. And yes, when he left all the receptacles were working, but he broke two of them and since he couldn't find the original problem he just bypassed some thing to to make a quick fix. Which is why my daughter was left with no light switch in her bedroom. I don't think it is professional to just "bypass" something if you can't find the original problem..... but I know Electrician. read more

David Ramirez is a top notch electrician! After recently buying a home that is...quirky to say the least , I wanted to update/replace lighting throughout the home, including the garage. He was very responsive with my request originally. He didn't actually quote the project before showing up. He was very fast in response but definitely not cheap. He replaced the outdoor light switch with dimmer, he bought some bulbs for the lighting fixture. He charged me $300 for the job. The actual replacement of the switch is done in 15 mins. I was shocked with the price, but granted I didn't ask for the quote before he showed up. Lesson learned there. I asked him to provide a copy of invoice , receipt, after he left. He just simply ignored me. I will say the parts and the bulb should. Probably be about $50 dollars. So the job itself is $250. You guys can be the judge of that's worth it. He is super fast I ll give him that, overall not money well spent. read more

David Ramirez is the owner/operator of this business. He responded to my Yelp electrician service provider request on new years night (last night) at 9:50pm. He read the issue description that I had lost outlet power to all 3 of my bathrooms; also no power in the garage which means, garage door and heater furnace were also out. Through a phone call and texted pictures, David was able to walk me through the resolution process... and I'm 67 years old!!! That should tell you the patience , excellent listening and verbal communication skills he possesses. Within 10 minutes of our call, all lights, garage door and furnace back in working order!!! Suffice to say, a great indicator that David has heart, and is an exceptionally honest individual. Other electricians would have made a house call (after the holiday, or charged an absorbent emergency call cost to turn the heat on). We need more professionals like David in this world. P.S. SUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE with Green Top Electric - I had called around to at least a dozen places for a quote on a same-day smart video doorbell installation, and everyone else said they couldn't do it same-day. Not only did David agree to come by same-day, his quote was very competitive, and he was the only one that was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough enough to explain potential issues we might encounter but offered potential solutions.
