Mark from Artisan installed my Tesla Wall Connector back in 2022, and when the unit unfortunately failed recently, Tesla replaced it under warranty. I reached back out to Mark, and once again he was incredibly helpful. He was able to squeeze me into his schedule within just a couple of days, which I really appreciated. He arrived right on time and was polite and professional from the moment he walked in. He took the time to listen to what had happened, answered all of my questions, and immediately reassured me that he would take care of everything. Mark is extremely thorough and clearly takes great pride in his work. He replaced the unit, updated and set up the app, registered the new Wall Connector with Tesla, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He also took the time to walk me through everything so I felt completely confident it was all set up correctly. What really stands out is his honesty and fairness. His pricing was very reasonable, and at no point did he try to upsell me or recommend anything unnecessary -- something that's unfortunately rare these days. It's clear Mark is a true professional and a master of his craft. I highly recommend Artisan to anyone needing electrical work, especially Tesla Wall Connector installation or service. You'll be in excellent hands and won't be disappointed. read more

‼STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY‼ This guy is a scam artist, Be careful . I had a an easy EV Charge installation and I told him which EV charge I ordered and that comes with Load Monitor needs 60amp breaker . He spent 15 minutes and CHARGE ME $450 and INSTALLED 50amp breaker. This guy completely ignore the monitor and told me that he will install some other time . Then I KEPT asking him to come back and install 60amp Breaker and load monitor .He said he can't install 60amp Breaker and he was asking $250 more for installing load monitor. I asked 3 different companies and they said there won't be any extra charge for load monitor if it comes with charges .A complete rip off . I'm complaining it to Better Business Bureau . Very dishonest service . ‼STAY AWAY from this company if you want good and honest service done ‼ read more

I need someone to install the EV charger in a townhouse enviroment in San Ramon. I found Artisan Electrical from Yelp service and saw a lot of good comments on Mark. I had two other major electrical service company came prior to I reached Marck. One came without measuring the power load of the hosue and suggested to install outlet with two different quotes, a big discount if I agree to do it right on site. The other one came and offer only meter solution which will cost more than $10k. I eventually reached Mark, he answered the phone promptly while he was on vacation. I desribed the details of the house and the community power load limit. He gave me a clear quote and the solution right on the phone and set up an appointment after his return. He came on prepared with everything that I may need to install. He measured the power usage in the house in details. His quote of service was exactly as he told me on the phone. The EV charger was installed on site and the permit was approved by City in a week and the final inspection was completed within 3 weeks. I am very happy to find him, honest, upfront and efficient. Thanks, Mark!! read more

Mark installed a Tesla Universal Connector EV charger inside my garage. He is a thorough and knowledgeable professional. He suggested a different location (directly behind the main breaker) than what I was thinking (next to the subpanel), but after explaining the options to me it made the most sense based on my needs, nestling it nicely between existing conduit and a sprinkler panel. He registered and set up the charger with Tesla, and showed me how to utilize key parts of the app (while we tested the charger and saw it quickly reach the unit's full capacity of 11.5 kW) with some nice recommendations. His prices are very reasonable for the quality of work, and the finished product looks great. read more
