Alex helped us install our Lucid car charger and protective box outside of our home in addition to two extra electrical 20amp outlets in our garage. Coincidently, we had ATT at the same time installing our internet while Alex came to install our charger. The ATT technician had issues with providing power to the modem where it was located, Alex graciously offered to trouble shoot the the issue and assisted us with creating an additional wall jack outlet for our ATT tech. Thank goodness Alex was there at the right time at the right place, we would have had to reschedule our ATT appointment and be without internet. Alex truly goes above and beyond for his customers. 10+ Stars! I had Alex install a Lucid EV Charger in my garage which was a bit tricky since the selected 100A circuit breaker in the breaker-box was located inside my house, separated by a wall. Other installers said they would have to cut a channel in the sheetrock to feed the wire then patch/paint, but Alex proposed a more clever solution that left the wall sheetrock untouched. This was much appreciated! Throughout the process Alex was communicative, promptly on-time, socially engaging, and meticulous with all work performed.
