I'm so glad we found this place! As most people that live or visit Tracy know there isn't any indoor things for kids to do and this place has been amazing especially since it's been raining and winter break! Very clean and the people here are so nice! They have drinks and snacks you can buy for your little ones and have seating area for parents. My son asks to come everyday lol it helps that they are beyond reasonable for their prices! We have to support our small businesses like this so we can keep them around! We need them! read more

Fun and cheap way to let the kids blow off steam! They are always clean and have plenty of sitting space for the adults. Adults get in free, but bring water and go to the bathroom beforehand. Wear grippy socks or pay $3 for a pair of theirs. read more

This place is simply three inflatable jump houses in an open retail space--that's it. There are no aesthetics or decorations. I brought my 5-year-old here, and she had fun for less than an hour, and then she was done. Do not expect much; it is not worth the price at all. It also felt very dirty and uncomfortable. New to the area and have been looking for activities for my two preschoolers. Jump City is a conveniently located in West Valley Tracy mall. I recommend parking near Macy's as those are the nearest restroom to use then head over to jump city. My kids enjoy the two inflatable play options the larger has two climbing with slides the smaller is a single level obstacle course more for younger children. They have gymnastic style thick pads in front of larger playscape nice protector from the tiles floor. The smaller one level jumper has a thinner gym style mat at entry/exit points. Regular socks are fine to use here (as some places require specialized socks with extra gripping on bottom). Caregivers spectating are not required to take off their shoes so this is nice. In and out privileges available in event you need to use restroom or grab outside snacks. We've been here twice and my kids enjoy the bouncing as well as playing with other kids of different ages. They also sell Kirkland water bottles in case you run out of the water you brought. Nice place to bring kids when exceptionally hot and want to avoid the strong sun rays. This jumping area is located inside the Tracy mall by the old Sears. It is $15 each child for all day jumping. They only have 2 bounce houses, but the kids enjoyed it. They do sell water for $1 or if you leave a review they give you a water for free. There's plenty of seating available for parents as they're waiting for their kids to finish jumping. They have a set of cubbies outside for you to leave your shoes. I wish they had a bench where the cubbies are so the kids can sit while they take off or put on their shoes. Jump City is super fun and very clean and well organized! I like that there was lots of places to sit and they sell water at the front for a dollar if you need water! I also like that you can come and go all day if you need to leave to eat lunch or go to the bathroom. We will be coming back for sure! This spot is inside the mall near Macy's & old Sears.... I took my kids when it was a rainy day and of course they enjoyed it. $15 per child unlimited time... a bit pricey but it is unlimited time so it's expected. It has two different jumpers (one for bigger kids and the other one for the smaller children). I'll probably be coming here again however if you're a parent who's extremely picky with germs .. lol not the place for you. I didn't see anybody disinfecting the area. read more
