They gave me samples I could use in my backyard for months so I could see the product over different seasons. The product is holding up well. 3/ The result - I've had the lawn in for just over a year now. I was respectful and kind. around maybe 4 o'clock this man starts yelling at me telling me get away from my booth don't stand in front of my booth. Loudly in front of my customers.. I was embarrassed, so I kind of walked away, not knowing how to react because I was shocked that this grown man was yelling at me then he went and told to the home show that I was standing in front of his booth, which I was not so I just decided to stand on the other side by the other booth so he wouldn't feel uncomfortable, which I should not do that. I paid thousands of dollars like everybody else did for this booth. so then we go onto the next day, which is Sunday show starts at 11 o'clock. This man was still 30 minutes late. I noticed because I was early and was kind of nervous to go to the Home show because I didn't wanna to get yelled at again by this man so this time I recorded everything the whole event . this man started yelling at me again in front of my customers. in front of my 13-year-old daughter in front of my five-year-old daughter, calling my husband a fat bitch saying he wasn't scared of him. Nobody did nothing to him. He was really bothered by us that we were friendly that we were kind that we were offering gifts or maybe it was because we were "Hispanic". I don't know if it was a race thing. This man never got off of his chair to sell anything he was on his cell phone the whole time and when people came up to him, he said, are you even interested in grass? That's not how you talked to customers he was rude and disrespectful. Maybe he just didn't want to be at the home show. I asked him if he was the owner he said no I told him that I was gonna call the owner and tell the owner how he was treating me he said he didn't care. I told him that I was gonna put a yelp review. He said he didn't care. I told him I'm going to put you on social media and I'm going to make field of grass solutions. Look bad because of you the way you are treating me other people around you saw you oh and you were telling on other people at the home show other contractors you were trying to make other contractors look bad I would never work with field of grass and I will tell everyone not to work with field of grass and I hope no woman has to deal with this man . not right, not even an apology.

Called several contractors on a Sunday to get quotes on buying/installing sod for our backyard…read more Tony called me right back, drove over to my home a half hour later, and provided a reasonable quote. Two days later, sod arrived and Tony, and his team shortly thereafter to install. Irrigation and leveling were done prior to hiring Tony, but there were some high/low spots that needed attention and they took care of that. Once installed (~3 hrs later), we ran the sprinkler system to ensure proper water coverage. Tony helped adjust some sprinklers properly. So from first phone call to project completion...48 hrs. Some before and after photos uploaded. Overall, Tony and his team were on time, friendly, reasonably-priced, and the work was done well. Tony has also assured me that if any issues were to come up, that I could call him. I have no doubt he would respond promptly. 5 Stars.

He told my husband what to do and he did what he said and they still didn't work. We've had issue for 4 years now we've been calling and calling from different lines he will answer and put us off again. Now we will go to the contractors board we found out he did the leech lines with no permits. Just awful!

I had VERY specific ideas for what I wanted in terms of concrete. (The plants were the easy part.) Other contractors told me immediately "I can't do that". Not what I wanted to hear. I am VERY detail oriented and have extremely high standards with whom I choose to work with. We had an absolutely terrible experience with a contractor in a previous home who did a terribly messy job and another who took our money and never completed the work. Not only did Fernando deliver on my vision he did it by completely going above and beyond. He never told me he couldn't do something. He went the extra mile to obtain the stamp I wanted, the colors I wanted, etc. even after running into issues with finding the stamp locally, he found it a little further away to rent. Other contractors told me they would have to buy the stamp and charge me $2K for it. Um, sorry not happening. All of the work was completed on time and he was responsive and focused on good customer service the entire time. Fernando not only was willing to make my vision come true, he was honest with me when we were reviewing options and communicated pluses and minuses to choices clearly so that I could see the big picture. He told me what they were going to do and how the entire way. I recommend InDesign 100% for their honestly, customer service, willingness to make me happy and not try to talk me out of something because if would be easier for them and for excellent communication, being on time and reasonably priced. I have dealt with many contractors/companies for my back yard(pool,concrete,pre-cast balusters, etc) so I speak from experience. I was in search of a company to build me a retaining wall and I was recommended InDesign Concrete through a friend. I called the number on their FB page and spoke to Fernando(owner). I set up a meet with him to go over what I had in mind and to find out more about his company. Fernando is awesome! Since day one, COMMUNICATION WAS AWESOME! Finally a contractor that actually answers his phone, texts you back, or calls you back in a timely manner. When we met, I explained to Fernando what my wife and I were looking for and he was able to expand on it and give me ideas to make my project even better. He got back to me in a few days with a 3D image of my back yard with the future retaining wall, planter box, and built in spillway. THE CREWS: Fernando's crews are all very professional, experienced, and respectful!! They do amazing work from beginning to end. On day 1, they laid out boards, tarps and other things to make sure they did not cause damage to my property. One big problem was the access to the work area is limited so they couldn't bring in machinery for excavation. They had to remove A LOT of dirt from the upper deck on a slope down a flight of stair, and to the front drive way all by hand shovels and wheel barrels!! These guys take care of business no matter how tall the task is at hand. Everything was going as scheduled until we hit a speed bump. After the wall had the foundation and had been framed with cinder block and rebar, I came home the day prior to them pouring concrete and I did not like how it looked(my fault). They built it to the T that I requested but once it was framed, I decided that what I had in mind wasn't what I pictured. I contacted Fernando and he was very understanding and cancelled the pour of concrete immediately. I met with him to explain the changes that I wanted to do. His crews made the changes and did not move forward until I was 100% satisfied with the look I wanted. I also added height to the wall very late in the game and again, they took care of business! Customer service: I could tell Fernando prides himself in attention to detail and going the extra mile! His crews always kept the job site clean, always showed up early and at the time that he said they would show up(you definitely don't get that with every contractor), and would ask me about every little detail to make sure that I was good moving forward. It didn't take long to know that my back yard project was in good hands!!! When the project came to an end, Fernando and his crews made sure they left my property as if they were never there. They power washed the whole worksite and they even power washed my front entrance(removed dust from project) and my front driveway to remove a few tire marks. It was the cherry on top that I know other companies simply don't care to provide. In conclusion, the wall was absolutely perfect and even better than what I had imagined, the communication was awesome, price was fair and well worth every penny, and the customer service was phenomenal from beginning to end. I highly recommend InDesign concrete, you won't regret it!!
