One ceiling fan in the kitchen, one in a spare bedroom, and one in the master bedroom that is high up due to the vaulted ceiling. CJ Bradley's Electric stopped by to give me an estimate and told me to contact him when I was ready. There was zero pressure from him to schedule and the estimate was fair. Mike took the time to make sure our living room was completely covered in plastic before starting the job. He did minimal cutting of the dry wall to run the wires. He did not patch the drywall, but he told us ahead of time that he does not generally do that. My husband is capable in completing this work so it was not a big deal for us.
