Updating review, but it's really Review #2! I had Alex come out again, this time to uninstall a ceiling fan in my Master bedroom, put in a Chandelier fan, put a chandelier in my bathroom, uninstall a ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom and replace that ceiling fan with the one I had in my Master bedroom. Oh and he helped me put in the hardware to be able to hang window treatments. AND he changed the light bulb in one of the canned lights in my kid's bathroom. His beautiful wife was there to assist and they brought along their adorable 11yr old son to help! That boy is SHARP! He is so smart! As you can see from my photos, it required teamwork to put all those crystals together and then to add them to the chandelier! They did an awesome job and it took about 4.5hrs. as far as parts went- like bulbs and stuff- they stopped by Home Depot and purchased things we'd need on my behalf. He provided the receipt. They had their own tools and ladders, and once again wore booties on their feet. All of this and they charged $202. I gave them a tip, Because I was their 4th customer of the day and they were still heading to another client. I highly recommend Alex!! He is my go-to handy-man! I'm having him come back to remove 2 toilets and reinstall, because I'm getting new flooring and need those out of the way. read more

Wow, I can't say enough good stuff about this team. Prompt response, good quote, very professional. This was a good sized job that required a lot of attic work and new wiring. Alex wired up the service for our new jacuzzi spa, a 50 amp service for our RV, two new fans in our patio and some new outside outlets for yard use, as well as adding a remote to our existing fan and installing a new indoor fan.
